Is the false teaching of pre-tribulation rapture, getting the power of "him" out of the way, who restrains the antichrist?

2 second comings

Another day after the last day
Martyrs who are not part of The Church.""
Nope none of that.

But I have never centered on cherry picked dynamics.

I see all through the next main event I have made my center ,through years of study, (the gathering of the bride)

Those item you list are "one word pivot points"

One word-ers that postribs have used through the years as power points.

The thing is...one worder powerpoints do not erase my verses.

Jesus RETURNS to earth once.
All pretribbers believe that.

The catching of the bride is TO HEAVEN
the catching up of the 144k is TO HEAVEN the catching up of the jews after the 144k firstfruits is also To HEAVEN.

those items are solid and not erase able
Cherry-picked dynamics? These are some of the doctrinal demands made by pre-trib teachers.
You want to remain in your comfort zone & continue calling scripture "your verses". I've pulled you up about this before.
Scripture is what it is. There is no such thing as a pre/post trib verse.

""You have already lost a lot of credibility with saying Jesus comes back more than once.""

Then you should have no problem taking my verses one by one and schooling me.

Begin please.
Perhaps you aren't best placed to lead all the studies.

You are asking to start with pre-tribulation doctrine and use the bible as a source to prove/ disprove it.
We should rather study scripture concerning last days without doctrinal bias.
Therein lies a problem.

I am able to venture into the postrib doctrine.
I get into that thinking and procede.
Postribbers have blocked off that dynamic.

That is why when show the rapture verses they cannot respond.

I am just now seeing that.
That is why those verses seem so threatining to postribbers.

I can call them something else.
No problem.

Show me where in all the return verses Jesus is consistently coming on horses with the saints in power to kill the enemy.

Show me that in acts 1
Rev 14 ,and mat 25.

Those comings are not in any way rev 19.

One is "coming for"

One is "coming with "
two separate purposes

People respond with scripturally sound answers all the time. Some people even say they are undecided & just want to study.
I know you are not the only one but you seem keen to have a knockout competition- Pre Vs Post. Some Christians have a mid-trib idea, or pre-wrath. Perhaps we should work harder at bouncing ideas off each other rather than trying to score points?

I find that a little disagreement can at times be useful to spur me on to focus in on areas I may have otherwise overlooked.

Ah! but I mentioned to you recently that I believe his return may be processional. There is a lot of information in scripture about
The Return of The King.

There are currently 3 rapture threads going & I'm losing track. I decided yesterday to pick just one & stick with it.
I'm not sure if I remember correctly but did you assert in one of the threads that the wrath is complete by Rev 19?

Yes either complete or near completion and his coming in power to destroy the AC's army as the last part of that wrath period

That's carnal thinking imposed on the text.

Meeting him in the atmosphere of the earth AND coming with him needn't be forced into separate incidents.
Paul said it all happens in the twinkling of an eye.
Don't overlook the fact that a host of angels +millions of the departed dead will be arriving with him as they receive their immortal bodies. Then the living will be changed. It's a very public happening.

Luke 21 (NASB)
27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

1 Colossians 3
4 When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.

Romans 8
19 For the eagerly awaiting creation waits for the revealing of the sons of God

Isaiah 60
“Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
2 For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you

Loads of passages describe his return with the resurrection.

I'd say near completion though it does round things off at the end of the chapter. It seems to be giving us a snapshot of his triumph.

You do realize that Jesus framed it with lot and noah?

You do realize they were both described as prejudgement?

You do realize neither noah or lot were delivered post judgement?

You frame it opposite of Jesus.
Show me the postrib rapture setting in the pretrib rapture verses.

Lol
The pretrib verses you must either omit or probably dont know about.
Framed what with Lot and Noah?

Didn’t Noah walk out of the ark? And Lot was taken out of the city right before God destroyed it. Not a few years before...

I don’t think I frame the opposite of Jesus..what did I say that gave you that conclusion?

I’ve already made my case why I think its pre wrath...you could make your case with the verses you believe make your case..but I’m not going to go looking for them for you.

I doubt you know what we believe or you would address our verses.

Maybe pick one and address it?

(If you even know the verses we post)
Provide a verse then..

Psssst...I don’t know what you are talking about here...? I am new to this forum and am unsure of your arguments.

Noah & family survived the judgement on earth because they were protected by God in the ark. (Not removed to heaven)

Jesus was tortured and suffered a painful death. Tribulation first, resurrection afterwards.
When he was a baby he was taken to Egypt & brought back, he wasn't taken from the earth at that time.

Lot & family were rescued on earth not removed to heaven. They suffered among the unrighteous right until the end.
According to Peter....

2 Peter 2:7-8
He rescued righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the perverted conduct of unscrupulous people 8 (for by what he saw and heard that righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after day by their lawless deeds),

2 Thessalonians 2 (New King James Version)

1... concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, ... 3Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless ... the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits [c]as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

2 Thessalonians 2 (New King James Version)

1Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of [a]Christ had come. 3Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits [c]as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
