That was probably his 15 minutes of fame. I heard somewhere that he is minister too. He is therefore promoting LGBTQ lifestyle.

Thank you. May God be merciful on him. We cannot say, that his statement was out of ignorance being a minister of the gospel. I wonder what is being taught at seminary nowadays. My advice would be rather be taught of God alone.

now, the mask makes it (conveniently) hard to hear exactly who he was asking it of. I did catch the part that said "god known by many differnt names by many different faiths" but not one mention of in the name of Jesus.........

Perhaps if they just changed the word to; 'amyn' (a la 'womyn' ! ) it would have sufficed but we all know it would never have satiated the the lefty pathological desire to wallow in empty virtue signaling.

Christianity is in the way. The gay candidate for President, Pete Buttigieg, scoffs at Christians on the right because he believes in a different gospel. One, that is not found in scripture. The DemoIts want to reform Christianity to fit their platform and it will not be Christianity, but a political tool for expanding hatred of all things Christ. They hate God. Don't kid yourself.

I have often heard that going to seminaries is a good way to lose your faith..and have often wondered what they taught in them myself if that‘s the truth. I go to lighthouse trails https://www.lighthousetrailsresearch.com/blog/ where they talk a lot about the church losing its faith and believing in false teachings. I find it pretty informative.
I have often thought it would be better to be taught by God alone too!

Not true. There are still people to become Christians. That does not indicate they currently hate God. Some have never heard of God.

I have her on ignore. A Bible can be a misguided weapon in the hands of some people.
I am not surprised at all because I am aware some people detest truth. And the truth is that, the truth must be said at all times irrespective of whose ox is gored. I am making this an exception because I hardly respond to this type of - your opinion. I only pray that God open our eyes of understanding
