Okay now I understand - and that's all true what you said. I also read that the mask mandates are a beta-test. I walked into a store without a mask and two young women SCREAMED at me who worked there. I went into another store and a black woman went without a mask and she looked tough - no one said a word to her. So I ripped my mask off and no one said a word.
LOL! They didn't say anything to her because they were scared of being called a racist! HAHAHA!! Pathetic virtue-signalling weaklings. Don't worry about them.

Eye for an eye....revenge. For me... this is something oh I seek pray for (had to come back and change that.. its NOT revenge I hope for haha but to TURN THE OTHER CHEEK) For some in this life.. you've learned to read to know who will who wont. Most wont so its to easy to use that path. Use to be so hard to turn that off so to speak. Not good with word.. maybe like this. So many people by that very fancy sports car and duh.. they are Mario Andretti, Richard Petty, Lewis Hamilton etc. Then you really want to remind God .. why do your angels have swords? Did not Gab have to fight to then call on Michael to help? Maybe its OK! haha

So to be like Christ in that moment.. knowing what you can do out side of Christ... is the lie. To be like Him the reward is huge. And its never for a reward. The two things I talked about we can say the same about the WORD OF GOD as in we read it yet we don't know who we really are and who are Father really is. If we toss out self and let Him in that moment have His way we then use the authority He gave us not over man but that SWORD when used in that moment cuts right to the heart. To know "No weapon formed against you shall prosper,And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,And their righteousness is from Me, ”Says the Lord." This like driving that sports car..its yours but you do not know how to drive.

In that moment WHO is it about? Its what we can't see.. that is where the battle is not with flesh and blood. So its been so hard to just say no and let Him shine. Turn the other cheek is far more then being slapped and giving them the other side. Like Him saying if your eye offends you cut it out.. not exactly what He meant

Some of these posts really get me to wondering about the possibility of anti-christian shills pushing a really soft and feminine version of "christianity" in order to slowly subvert and destroy it. I am immediately suspicious of people like @MattforJesus.

The original post was talking about genocide, and now we've got these completely ridiculous posts about how it's a sin to resist. It's completely absurd. If was a satanic globalist and it was my goal to kill off a bunch of whites, nationalists, and Christians, then the following three things would be what my propaganda guys would be doing:

1. I'd push white guilt in arts, entertainment and law. Make it socially unacceptable for white people to stick up for other white people.
2. I'd tell everyone that nationalism is bad because nazi's. Promote globalism as the solution to poverty, etc.
3. I'd infiltrate Christian seminaries, churches, and websites to promote a weak "christianity" that won't defend Christendom.

Doing these would disarm my opponents and reduce their propensity to cause me any problems.

Throughout my years of reading Scripture I've wondered when to apply turn the other cheek, and when to pray imprecatory prayers, or even when it was appropriate to turn over the tables of the moneychangers.

If anyone has researched the New World Order they know that some dark days are ahead. What they have planned is martial law and taking everyones guns. Throughout history whenever a tyrant wanted to take over they would disarm the people first so they couldn't fight back.

If anyone has read about the Christian Armenian genocide you see what is done to Christians. At what point do you think that you should fight back rather than turn the other cheek?
That is an interesting question. Here in Victoria in Australia we are facing just that scenario as the governmemnt has passed a Bill making it it illegal for parents to pray for their children if they ask for help with a confusion with their sexuality. If you do pray for them you can go to jail for 10 years.

The government has made it clear in the Bill that if someone is a homosexual you are not allowed to help them if they don't want to be. In other words, it is against the law not to be a homosexual.

Needless to say already, there are groups already fighting the Bill and intending to keep doing so if it becomes law, which it will. There will be only one loser in this and it is the government. They will have to withdraw the law or revise and amend it if they want to live peaceable as the opposition is not going to go away.

As one commentator has said the law is a full frontal attack on Christianity.

We are to speak bold and not be weak, and defend ourselves in our faith concerning Christianity without backing down, but Jesus and God said do not fight back when attacked physically and verbally.

I probably would fight back because I do not want physical harm to come to myself, or other people, and do not want to appear as a wimp or sissy, but it is not what God wants.

Joh 7:32 The Pharisees heard that the people murmured such things concerning him; and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers to take him.

Joh 7:45 Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?
Joh 7:46 The officers answered, Never man spake like this man.

Jesus spoke so boldly to the officers that they were afraid to take Him for He cast doubt in their mind and they thought we better leave this man alone for if He is telling the truth we do not want to be going against God.

That is how the saints have to be is bold and not be afraid or back down from the enemy.

It is not fighting back physically that is the problem but it is the hypocrisy of many people claiming to be a Christian where they are becoming weak as the world says hypocrites and less people becoming a Christian, and more people against them.

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Rev 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

The beast, antichrist, New Age Christ, was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them, and he can only have this power if God allows it.

God said when the world attacks the saints to not fight back for however you fight back it will come back on you and that is the patience and faith of the saints to endure it.

If the saints were fighting all the time like the world how would the world view them and how would they be different.

Do not try to take control away from God who allows a person to be persecuted, and all that will live godly will suffer persecution, and Paul said endure afflictions, and the saints are killed all the day long, and when Stephen was stoned he did not fight back, and Paul did not fight back when they took his life.

1Pe 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

What kind of [scene] do you think it was when Yeshua started screaming and yelling at the "Merchants" while shoving and pushing over their tables that were set up for their business in the physical Temple of God? While Christ was still alive, so was [Daily Sacrifice] in the Temple offered to their Elohim. And Merchants set up shop along the Temple steps and corridors. Watching Yeshua [go off] on them must've been a real cheek turner..
So how do you reconcile that with the turn the other cheek verses? Different applications at different times?

Honestly I wish I could say I have been doing good the spiritual attacks and storms have been so very intense devistatingly so I honestly sometimes reach the point when I just wish I could give up and stay down but sadly I always instinctively get back up
But there is a saying that there is a time and place for everything the holy spirit is the key to knowing this when I am confronted in such a situation like that which is very rarely he always seemes to take over there are times when I will stand up to a person twice my size to protect someone and other times I will turn the cheek
I always say how important it is to havre a very close and intimate relationship with God because in this we learn to know and act upon his voice as if by instinct

There is also the fact that different situation require different solutions sometimes he calls us to be his defenders and warriors other times he wants to fight for us personally though I don't think it wise to either be the fighter all the time or turn the cheek all the time rather it is more about what the spirit saays to do and to act on it
I'm sorry to hear that. Yes the spiritual attacks seem to be increasing as evil rises. I too have those same feelings - just this morning as a matter of fact. I hope things get better for you. I know you're a sensitive soul.

I did not say I would not fight back or save someone only pointing out scriptures, but I will repent if I do fight back or hurt someone.

Nothing can happen unless God allows it so if they are persecuted, or tortured, then God is allowing it and Paul said the Lord delivered him from distress, persecution, and death.

So there must be a reason that they are having afflictions and if God does not stop it then He allows it so who are we to stop it and go against God who allows it.

They could not touch Jesus until the time came for Him to give His body, and He always escaped them which is the same promise to all saints.

Jesus never fought to save His life or the life of anyone else and He is our example, and concerning the people in the temple when Jesus overthrew the tables the cords were to chase out the animals not hit the people.

We might have persecution, and death, and the Lord might allow it, and He might deliver us from it, but we are to allow God to handle the situation which He says do not avenge yourselves but He will repay.

Luk 12:4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
Luk 12:5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Psa 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Jas 5:5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
Jas 5:6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

Rev 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

When the world attacks the Christian they are not to fight back for however they fight back it will come back on them.

2Ti 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
2Ti 4:6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.

If a Christian cannot defend them self but must endure afflictions and not fight back even when facing death for they are to be different from the world that fights then how can they save someone else and physically hurt the attacker.

We cannot save our self if physically abused because we cannot hurt anyone so how can we save someone else and hurt someone for we are a person like them.

God does not want us to hurt anyone regardless of how they act and He will take care of the situation in judgment if they do not repent.

But many will fight and fail but they can repent.

The Bible says all that will live godly will suffer persecution for being a Christian and that persecution can come in different ways but they have to endure it.

Rom 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
Even after many years I don't have it all hammered out in my mind. I have had times where I tried getting friends to just email legislators and they wouldn't and they would dismiss me - but I believe that standing for what's right is necessary. So I came to see that sitting back and doing nothing is a sin IMO. When it comes down to it - I don't think many will turn the other cheek. Although no one is doing anything now so I guess it is a precursor of what's coming. I went into stores without a mask after talking to a bible teacher who was standing against it and had police called on him 3 times.

Rest assured your obedience to tyranny is being duly noted.

It's a difficult concept.
With Jesus ruling on the throne ( had they accepted their messiah ) Perfect justice would reign. You wouldn't need to defend ect . But Today this would not be advisable as people would slap you on both sides and probably slit your throat and steal all your possessions regardless. The letters to the Church are our instructions for today .

That law is an example of the tyranny that will grow worse incrementally - and the powers that be are watching how much they can get away with just like any bully.

A commentator on CNBC news - Nicole Wallace - called for drone strike attacks on Americans to kill them if they question the vaccine or election integrity. It's just shocking that this stuff is going on.

That's the truth - people would run you into the ground if they could. Still don't understand what you mean about letters to the church are our instruction for today. Christ taught pacifism basically with the turn the other cheek verse.

Jesus is not instructing the church, but Israel. The letters to the Church are in Paul's letters .

Im not sure he taught ' pacifism ' strictly. But rather his justice would prevail . Notice also in Acts the jews sold all their possession ect . This also makes sense if Jesus ruled at that point. If the rulers had accepted their messiah ,the kingdom reign would have begun .

This is not advisable today in the same way .
Acts 2:45

That's probably right - I hadn't thought of that. Everyone is being accused of being racist now. There is a war on white Christians. There probably is real racism - in some people - but not to the degree that the media make it out. I follow Sons of Liberty Media and they always defend blacks and whites who are mistreated by police.

The woman was an inspiration to me because it gave me courage to go without a mask. But I see your point about the virtue-signalers.

I haven't seen a whole lot of justice. I guess I'm a little jaded. It's interesting that people interpret Scripture differently. I think we would do well to take a lesson from history: what happened when tyrants were permitted to disarm the people? What usually followed was torture and death.

Remember that Hitler started out by demonizing the Jews.

Do you see anything similar happening in America at the present?

I'm sure the Armenian Christians didn't expect to be slaughtered. I just can't see that God would want them to stand there and be abused and murdered while "turning the other cheek".

This is what concerns me about a number of Christians - half think they're going to be raptured out and the other half think various things such as they're to submit to government (Romans) no matter how evil. Chuck Baldwin dismissed that as false theology.

It would seem as if Satan himself could be behind some of the false teaching to dumb down and mislead believers.

If we're about to enter a war - which we are: there is now in our face a war on Christians - who is going to be by your side fighting tyranny? Those who are waiting to be raptured out? Or the pacifists who turn the other cheek as you're being brutalized? It doesn't look too good.

It seems as if there is no cohesion. Pastors should be leading right now and they're not.

So how do you reconcile that with the turn the other cheek verses? Different applications at different times?

From the Outer Courtyard to the Holy of Holies, the physical Temple was representing the Chambers to God. Therefore, all ground is Holy by theory. The Merchants had several places to set up shop. But to do it on Holy Ground, within the Structures itself, was more than just a complete abomination unto God. It was man ruling God, controlling God, making his priorities above God while on the [very] ground representing God in physical structure. This does not match the [turn your cheek Scripture] because for the things of GOD, we should only have one "Reaction!"

I think it's more important to be patient and learn to be patient than to have a gun or not.As a Christian, we should not be worldly. The worldly vision is conflict. We should let people live in peace.First of all, let's not stir up trouble.
I watched a video of a quarrel caused by snow sweeping. A man shot a couple with a gun. Then the killer suicide. Both sides are responsible. What they said angered each other,If one side is more patient, things will not be like this.Freedom America, gun fight every day.

Maybe you think that having a gun can protect you, But if you're attacked by a lot of people with guns.remember what Jesus said,if someone wants to taking your coat, even underwear gives him.sounds stupid?may save your life.

In my opinion, having a gun most of the time is not to protect oneself, but to be used to do stupid things.
