I have been trying to avoid fried foods, "boiled in oil" is how I refer to them for reinforcement, and have cooked cod similar to this, actually boiling in a sugar and 1/2 half lemon potion till they float and been satisfied, haven't really sprinkled with paprika and broiled yet, may soon however.https://bitzngiggles.com/poor-mans-lobster/

I haven't had oyster for a long time. I'm drooling thinking about it. I think my next shopping list is gonna be a good one lol:LOL:

parboiling the oysters slightly lets the hold the breading for frying them, that has to be a favorite for me!

Soooooo...

My son and I are sitting in the parking lot at KFC, having just finished eating our spicy chicken sandwich combos.

We both gave it an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.

It wasn't bad or anything.

We both just like the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich a little better.

I like the atmosphere at Chik-fil-et as well, always a nice crowd, kind of like here.

Our KFC's locally have gizzards and livers on Wednesday's, pretty awesome.

Gizzards and livers (I almost typed lizards...lol)?

Suddenly, locusts and wild honey is looking good (by comparison).

At least you gave them an 8 that'(y)s still quite a good score. I don't think we have a chick-fil-A anywhere near where I live :(. I don't think there's any in UK at present.

It was good. Definitely some "kick" to it as far as being spicy is concerned, and definitely no complaints. My son and I just have a tendency to rate food by comparison, and we both like Chick-fil-A's sandwich a little better.

Florida has a huge population of Iguana, and there is no law against killing them, so I guess barbeque is the next step, maybe KF Iguana is on the horizon-
