Biden talks about wanting to bring Tump behind the lockerroom to fight him. Hope there's no steps he has to negotiate to get there. LOL
Right, which is my point. He and his handlers talk about how virile he supposedly is and yet as you watch him you know this man is not well. I recall Geraldo Rivera saying that Biden is only a year older than him. Watch the two men and see if you don't see a world of difference. It's like Biden doesn't even know where he is. He can't even read and keep up with the prompter. Clearly he is not well. And his wife let him be used as a pawn. What an awful woman, to put getting back in the WH over the health of her husband. smh

Don't hide behind Jesus. He is not ok with most of what is going on right now in this country and the world for that matter

Get some fortitude and wake up. Biden is not fit to be President.
I agree he's not fit to be President.

Not hiding behind Jesus. Though that's probably a great place to be, you know, under His wings and all. How is it that so many here are flat-out ignoring how Christ told us to live and excusing nasty behavior, all for politics? I would guess Jesus wasn't okay with the Romans, either, but he died for them, too!

And I think many of y'all forget that these hard, evil times HAVE to come, if Christ is to return.

I find it sad how many people think Jesus would be okay with mocking people. We are told to love one another. To forgive. To pray for those in authority over us. Might not like those ruling over us (and I certainly don't) but to wish he'd fallen and broke his neck or to make fun of another human being instead of showing compassion, how is that Christ-like?

Total self-absorbed ignoring of the facts while using scripture as an excuse to be that way. Basically an excuse for pointing a finger at others while patting oneself on the back

The entire current administration is not fit to be running the country.

Since I have not once mocked Biden, you can stop your whining about it.

People use Jesus as an excuse for poor and undisciplined behavior. We are to follow Jesus, not hide behind Him and use Him as an excuse for doing nothing
BRAVO! Bravo! I really hate it when people do that. Happens all the time. Makes Christianity look disgusting.

My niece was engaged to this guy. Wedding day was coming up and all of the sudden he tells her "God wants me to break up with you." Fine, break up with her if you want to. But you'e not allowed to blame it on God. What a pathetic weakling!

Oh yeah. The 'God told me tell you false prophet line' I hope she understands what she has avoided

I broke free of someone using that over me to control me some years back. The last time they began with 'God told me to....' I butted in and said 'God did not tell you a thing' and it was 'on' after that. They stabbed me in the back so hard the point came out the front.

You can't trust those people. It's the demonic version of an actual spirtual gift.

not going to interact further with you as previous experience doing so leads to you defending an impossible position or totally missing what I am actually saying

have a great day
The only impossible position to defend is one in which you have to go against biblical teachings. Some of us acknowledge Joe Biden is the wrong guy for the job and got into power in a very suspect way. Nevertheless, the bible does teach to give to Caesar what is his, and that God puts men in power. This doesn't exonerate those men in power from their wickedness, but it does mean it's all part of His plan.

If you disagree with Joe Biden being president and feel we aren't suppose to get behind Christ and allow Him to be sovereign , what are you doing about it?

I think Genipher is focusing on the most important facts/truths... Just because someone has a different understanding and belief system than you, doesn't mean they are "self-absorbed" or that they are "ignoring the facts". You might think getting behind Christ and applying scripture in our daily lives is "hiding" and making "excuses", but many (perhaps most here), it's what we believe we are called to do.

I would rather be seen as weak for getting behind God and putting our trust in Him than fake tough and putting my trust and faith in man, including Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

There it is!! I knew that smarmy, self righteous tone would come out sooner or later.

I think you're purposely being obtuse here. When she said "hiding behind Jesus", she's talking about using Jesus as an excuse for weakness. That is a giant fail. What you're doing is substituting her clear expression with the implication that she (and those that disagree with you) are somehow less of Christian than you are.

Biden is not a Caesar – he is illegitimate. One should not be complicit with evil - by your torturous logic paying mafia would be biblical too. You’re just rationalizing your TDS.

I know exactly what she means... we agree she thinks it's weakness. She calls it "hiding" which gives a tone that it is weak, where as most Christians would use the term "get behind" or "follow". An atheist or non-believe of Jesus Christ would think that. We can hate it all we want, but Christ is sovereign and His will will be done. In the meantime, we must give Caesar what is his.

Could God have stopped Pilot from allowing Jesus to be executed? Of course... There was a plan and it was fulfilled. It's no different than it is today when it comes to governments.

Then I'm curious, would someone who isn't physically stopping Biden from being president be considered "complicit"? Or does all one need to do is say "Biden isn't my president" and you're no longer complicit?

I think he recovered pretty darn well for someone his age. I've fallen up stairs before in the same manner.

Edit: Mods need to edit the disrespectful title of this thread. It is not an actual headline.

Keep skating. Again by your rational a Hitler’s gov’t would be OK and complying with ordinances to hand Jews over your duty – your TDS robs u of your senses.

btw have you selected your gender yet ? – the neighbors are going to wonder…

It was a legitimate inquiry. I want to know what you think everyone should be doing about Biden being president followed by what you're doing so that we know how to not be the equivalent of Hitler/Nazi soldiers committing genocide.
