The people I know fall down seven times but rise back up - but as for those who climb down to the filth and plop down in it and swat away the uplifting hand of God and flash that OSAS license to sin in His face, the Bible says don’t keep company with such “believers” ;)
Ah. So they don’t keep the law as you claimed they did

Make up your mind your all over the place

Yep, you’ve still yet to show any difference between a license and OSAS’ version of salvation - and are still unable to discern that “slander” is something done to a person, not a belief. Perhaps one of your echo chamber companions can help you.
You can’t see it. Because your to steeped in pride. You call me license. Yet those who have license call me a legalistic because I call them out for their sin.
You both have the same issue. Pride. Your too proud to Repent. They are to proud to repent. Same root
Problem. And neither of you can see it

Everything you say above is false. Salvation once and for all does not have the word "license" in it. That is a made up theology by those of you who believe you have to work to earn, keep salvation.
OK, but tell us WHY this is a false equivalence:

An Unlicensed hunter is punished if he goes hunting, but a Licensed hunter is not.

An Unsaved person is punished if he commits iniquity, but a OSAS saved person is not.

A wise theology professor once said that a good preacher must FIRST appeal to the intellect, THEN to the emotions, and THROUGH THEM BOTH, to the will --- the problem with OSAS folks is that they won't allow any appeal to their intellect: they operate strictly off emotion, especially fear and anger when shown by examples like the one above their faith is essentially a license to sin instead of a "faith which worketh by love".

Why bring up apples when we speak of oranges? It makes very little, or rather NO sense to do so.

And you can't just make up your own definition for the unpardonable sin/blasphemy, either.

Mark 3:28–29, Matthew 12:31–32, and Luke 12:10

Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, but whoever
blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.

And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven,
but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven,
but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.

Philippians 1:6 ~ Confident of this, that He Who began a good work
in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Any who deny this thereby commits blasphemy.
Is it not "blasphemy" to make one's self God? Yes, it is by the very Biblical definition: "..but for blasphemy...because Thou, being a man, makest Thyself God."

It is BLASPHEMY for a man to make himself God, and that is EXACTLY what a person does when the Holy Spirit convicts that person of sin and that person says, "Get lost, Holy Spirit, I'm going to do my own thing."

All you had to do was ask and I'd have gladly told you that the Unpardonable Sin is quenching the Holy Spirit so that we don't FEEL His impress to turn from our sin, just like one quenches his thirst so that he doesn't FEEL thirsty anymore...and having seared our conscious as with a hot iron, we are then rendered incapable of repentance and are lost.

  • An Unlicensed Driver who drives is subject to punishment, but a Licensed Driver who does is not.
  • An Unsaved person who commits iniquity is subject to punishment, but a OSAS person who does is not.
Denial isn't just a river in Egypt, bro ;)

Feigning ignorance is no way to win a debate: I've said repeatedly there's a difference between:
  • falling down into sin and reaching up to clasp the uplifting hand of Jesus, and...
  • climbing down to it, plopping down in the midst of it, and swatting away the hand of Jesus while waving a stupid OSAS license in His face.

There's mercy evermore for the former, but only the Lake of Fire for the latter, so I suggest you get busy burning that OSAS license as furiously as Bill Clinton burned his draft card.

and i would suggest that you accept that God saves you, and you do not save yourself. nor maintain your salvation by command keeping.

it is not a joint effort by you and God.

and, before you say it, i remind you, i am NOT a osas type of beliver.

Thanks for the reminder...I can't keep up LOL I assure you, among all of us here, I am the most opposed to "salvation by works".

I will go farther than anyone has and say freely that there is no greater insult to our Creator than to suggest that we can add anything to the price that was paid on Calvary...it is the foundation of every false system of religion since time immemorial - Paganism, Judaism, Catholicism, Babylonian Sun worship in all it's current forms, etc. and is the HIGHEST INSULT TO GOD.

To suggest such is to say that God looked down on His broken, bleeding, dying, dear Son as He took His last breath and gave up the Holy Ghost and said, "Finally, Divine Justice for My broken law has been done.......but I need something more....I need some tithe money...and, oh yes, I need some church attendance...and some commandment keeping...etc.

Trust me, I ain't fighting for salvation by works, I'm fighting against those who want to meet God at the bargaining table when the only thing they have to bargain with is a lost soul.

i heard a osas pastor say one time " some folks are saved, they just don't know they are"

what a ridiculous statement.

so, as much as we disagree with much, we hopefully can agree that osas is a joke.

What do you believe about those who have trouble believing they’re saved or doubt their salvation? I suspect that some pastors take the statement about some people who are saved but don’t know it as the people who question if they’re saved.

LOL Like OSAS folks who condemn Calvinism but cling to TULIP’s “Irresistible Grace”

If anyone wants to know if they’re saved, all they have to do is read 1 John 2:3-4 KJV.

Sometimes it seems people prefer the lies and ambiguity of a false prophet rather than a plain Thus saith the Lord”.

My go to verse has been John 6:37 particularly when I was still in school. It is His faithfulness not my own ability. I have believed on the Lord Jesus and received Him.

1 John is definitely one of the favorite books used by people who are against OSAS.

Its strange that OSAS love John 3:16 and use that as their foundation.

First, tell us why you prefer to focus on human weakness instead of the victorious life wha a weak sinner can accomplish through the indwelling power of Jesus?

Do you ever experience victory over temptation?

Do you want to?

Or, are you one of those modern Antinomianists who argue it’s a SIN to try to keep the Ten Comnandments?

There you go again, Name Calling people you KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR BELIEFS.

Same REASON AS JESUS. He came to Save Sinners, not those who think they are Righteous.

It is all part of the Born Again Human Spirit, HE changed our Human Spirit to where it Always Wants to do what pleases HIM, and it will become dominent over the will of the Human Mind as our Born Again spirit Matures spiritually.

All the time I want to out of PURE AGAPE LOVE FOR HIM, but it is not ME that does it, it is CHRIST IN ME THAT Does It, and apparently you believe something else.

Anything that I do right is CHRIST IN ME, and anything that I do wrong I have to take full credit for those things, and I am like Paul, I am the chief of sinners.

We believe in Striving to OBEY HIS COMMANDS out of PURE AGAPE LOVE FOR HIM. Literally everything you have believed about OSAS is dead wrong.

1 Timothy 1:15-16 (NKJV)
15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.
16 However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.

Mark 2:17 (NASB)
17 And hearing this, Jesus *said to them, "It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick; I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners."

Galatians 2:20-21 (HCSB)
20 and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
21 I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.
