It doesn't say they can't believe. No where says this.

God is pleased to save those that believe, not cause belief in those he saves. (1 Cor. 1:21; Rom. 10:9-10)
You don't have any verse that directly SAYS what you believe. That should alarm you .
It says they cant please God, same thing duh

A righteous man is saved. Acts 10:22
And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.[/QUOTE
Yes he was born again ! And he belonged to Christ Why you think Christ sent Peter to him to preach to him, to feed His Sheep.
That's where you and I differ . Calvinism is built on ' inference and syllogism. I believe the bible its my starting point . I don't have a system dictating and guiding my study .

Perhaps I'm not one of the frozen chosen . However ultimately you can never truly know until the end . You might be one of those that Calvin taught as having ' temporary faith ' ' evanescent faith .

You still see a built-in "ability" in natural man to be able to believe, only if he wants to? Sin is not so much deadly then, is it?
I see God has the power to bring a person to repentance.

Sin has a major deadly flaw my friend. As long as you are not justified Your dead.

Now your sanctification first issue? There is where sin is not so much an issue. You have people made alive while still under the penalty of sin.

Who will do this other than the regenerate?
The tax collector did.

He went home justified. He was not justified before he got on his knees. He was dead in sin, and this death caused his anguish

I suggest you reread it...

Let's start with this point:

9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

By your conclusion you would have only some given faith...then you would have others not given faith healing and performing miracles and etc.

We can conclude that is is not talking about saving faith unless you are saying some will be saved, but there will be others who are not saved performing healing and miracles.

Now that wouldn't make any sense would it? Sounds like you are the one that would have the unregenerate having the gifts of the Spirit.
This faith is not the faith of salvation. But a person who is saved who is given the gift of faith.

Those in the flesh cant have Faith since that pleases God duh
Oh yeah?

Who said that? My faith is not my work, it is the work of God.

He worked in my life through many things to bring me to faith. It did not happen in one second because he magically made me alive (in sin I may add)

Quite true! In fact, the Bible says that people REFUSE to believe, which demonstrates that believing or not believing is CHOICE.

Acts 14:2 - But the Jews who refused to believe stirred up the other Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers.

Acts 19:9 - But some of them became obstinate; they refused to believe and publicly maligned the Way. So Paul left them. He took the disciples with him and had discussions daily in the lecture hall of Tyrannus.

God is pleased to save those that believe, not cause belief in those he saves. (1 Cor. 1:21; Rom. 10:9-10)

It appears that you are unable to connect the dots.

If that were true, and from the introduction of Cornelius at the beginning of Acts, then yes he would have been saved.

However, when Peter explained to the believing Jews in ch 11 as to WHY he went to the home of Gentiles, he said this:

11:14 - He will bring you a message through which you and all your household will be saved.’

So, just who is the "He" here? Glad you asked.

11 “Right then three men who had been sent to me from Caesarea stopped at the house where I was staying.
12 The Spirit told me to have no hesitation about going with them. These six brothers also went with me, and we entered the man’s house.
13 He told us how he had seen an angel appear in his house and say, ‘Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter.

Oh, so it was the Holy Spirit who told Peter to go there. And then in v.13 we have Peter basically quoting Cornelius stating what the angel told him.

So your argument is against an angel of God, who was sent to Cornelius with instructions. And Cornelius told Peter the angel told him that he WOULD BE SAVED by Peter's message. (v.14)

Why are you being so stubborn against the truth?

And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.
Yeah, he was religious and acknowledged the existence of God and sought Him. That has saved exactly NO ONE EVER.

It was the specific gospel message brought by Peter that Cornelius believed and was saved.
