I quoted those verses and highlighted "end of the world" because G165 is used there. I wanted you to see how it used in the context.
I'm just asking if you are EQUATING the ones in Matt24:3 / Matt13 to those found in Heb9:26 (the other one you quoted) and 1Cor10:11 (the one I pointed out that you hadn't quoted in your listing)... in that, you think each of these texts *mean* the end of the world (as we know it ;) lol )?? Is this what you believe? That each of these texts is referring to the end of the world??

It's fine if you do not want to answer this specific question.

Runningman has openly stated the context in Matthew 24:3 and Matt 13 is (The End Of The World) as you play games with his very clear position and response

I'm not asking him about Matthew 24:3's and Matthew 13's use of this phrase (I'm already WELL-AWARE of his view on those).

I'm asking him what he believes about the use of the phrases in Heb9:26 and 1Cor10:11.

Do *YOU* have a response to this??

Zerubbabel 2nd Temple 536BC (Fulfilled)

(Write In Their Sight)

Ezekiel 43:10-11 & 19-20KJB
10 Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.
11 And if they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them.
Ezek 43:5
The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the LORD filled the temple.

BTW.......Ezekiel 10 clearly indicates the Glory of the Lord leaving the temple.
Did you happen to notice that the Ark of the Covenant is NOT noted in Ezekiel's description of the temple?

And here you go.......this is why...
Jer 3:16- 17
“Then it shall come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land in those days,” says the LORD, “that they will say no more, ‘The ark of the covenant of the LORD.’ It shall not come to mind, nor shall they remember it, nor shall they visit it, nor shall it be made anymore.

At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne of the LORD, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem. No more shall they follow the dictates of their evil hearts.

***BOTH of these passages indicate and describe the Millennium/Millennial Temple***
I hope this has been a lesson to you, as much it is as it has been for me.

The point is that the ark of the covenant and its mercy seat are no longer in located in the Millennial Temple, because they are no longer required.

Don't forget this passage. Clearly the Millennial Temple, matching all other statements and descriptions of Jeremiah and Ezekiel. Of course there are many many many more such Scriptures as these. The realization of the Millennial Temple is certain and inevitable.

Zech 6:12-13
And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

Again, the context matters.

Notice in 1 Corinthians 10:8 the context is about 23,000 people who died in one day. That was the end of their world.

1 Cor. 10:8
8Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

Now look at 1 Cor. 10:11

11Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Again context with Hebrews 9:26

Heb. 9:26-28
26For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 27And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Notice that in reference to the end of the world death and life is spoken of again. That's the common theme in all of these "end of the world" verses.

In Matthew 13 and Matthew 24 the end of the world involves the whole world facing God's wrath. It'll be the end of the whole world as in the whole planet.

So you're saying that the ends of the world "are arrived / are come" upon the "OUR [/WHOM]" spoken of in this text (at the time of its writing and... perhaps, everyone existing thereafter also ?? [i.e. all readers of it, throughout church history from the first century]?? Or just them in the first century?? [that it was "the end of the world" FOR THEM]... Or what?)

ONLY YOU would Come up with that Idea. ALL JEWs will get a heavy dose of CHRIST IS YOUR ULTIMATE SACRIFICE, from the REVELATION's TWO WITNESSES. There are Multiple Sacrifices that do not involve BLOOD Sacrifices in the TEMPLE. FEAST OF FIRST FRUITS is ONE. Feasts of Tabernacles is one that does not have to have BLOOD, is another. It will be a JEWISH STATE in the KINGDOM. ~ ~ ~ THE CHURCH AGE is DONE. Get off your Prideful Horse, the KINGDOM is JEWISH.

JESUS never even used that word CHRISTIAN, He used the was ASSEMBLY, the same thing HE called O.T. Assembly.

Matthew 16:18 (YLT)
18 `And I also say to thee, that thou art a rock, and upon this rock I will build my assembly, and gates of Hades shall not prevail against it;

John 10:15-16 (YLT)
15 according as the Father doth know me, and I know the Father, and my life I lay down for the sheep,
16 and other sheep, {that's the N.T. ASSEMBLY} I have that are not of this fold{that's the last of O.T. ASSEMBLY}, these also it behoveth me to bring, and my voice they will hear, and there shall become one flock {that will happen at the RAPTURE}--one shepherd. {Jesus Christ}

Jesus HIMSELF said:
Matthew 20:16 (HCSB)
16So the last will be first {to finish}, and the first last {to finish}.

I sincerely think that statement mentioned which COVENANT would Finish FIRST and which covenant would finish LAST. Thus the 70th of Daniel happens after the Rapture, and so does the Millennial Kingdom.

In the context of 1 Cor. 10 the "whom" the end of the world came upon were those 23,000. But notice the broader context is actually a warning to us, too. These things were written as an admonition to others.

Anyway, as you can see the context of the passage actually modifies what a word is referring to.

The world didn't pass away like in the days of Noah when 23,000 fell in one day after committing fornication. Nor did the harvest of the wheat and tares occur at the end of their world, but a literal end of the world is coming according to Matthew 13 and 24.

Now that I've answered your question what's your point?

Yes the Glory of the Lord filled the 2nd Zerubbabel Temple in 536BC, as God dwelt in the Holy of Holies, no big secret

Jeremiah 3:16-17, Gods throne will be in New Jerusalem, no secret there either

Revelation 21:1-5KJV
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

You say the Glory of the Lord filled the temple of Zerubbabel do you? Is that why they were weeping after building it? No........the Glory of the Lord left the Solomonic Temple, never to return until the millennial reign. To postulate that the Ezekiel Temple is Zerubbabel's Temple is ridiculous and absurd.

Ezr 3:12
But many of the older priests, Levites, and family heads who had seen the first temple wept loudly when they saw the foundation of this temple. Still, many others shouted joyfully.

What you've "got" is a mash-up of the Church, gentiles & Israel. Big mistake.
What you've also "got" is a mashup of the different phases of redemptive history.

The uniqueness of the Church cannot be overstated. It's ONE and done. Started at Pentecost ends at the Rapture.

Also, what you don't "got" is that the 70th week of Daniel is specific to Israel and is the time of Jacob's trouble....not the time of the Churches trouble. There is no prophecy of the Church going through tribulation! I think it could reasonably be stated that the gentiles being saved (tribulation saints) during this period is graciously incidental.

Show me where the Bible says Gentiles will be extracted from the living saints prior to Christ's return. Why would you hold to such a view? Is there anything in the BIBLE that supports that. Sure, it fits pre-trib. But where does the Bible teach this? Revelation speaks of the 144,000 of the various tribes. It does not say there is no one else.

Also, as for the church going through tribulation, Christians, both Jew and Gentile, experience tribulation.

Acts 14
21 And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch,
22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
23 And when they had ordained them elders in every church[/b[, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they believed.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved
, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Matthew 24:29-30KJV
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

Malachi 3:2KJV
2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:

Quote from your post #1906

"there's also "the ends [PLURAL] of the ages [PLURAL]" in 1Cor10:11"

I think the KJV translators did this verse more justice by using "world" rather than "ages" because it fits the context more accurately. It's plural because 23,000 peoples' world ended which fits the context. The usage of "ages" makes it sound like 23,000 ages passed or were fulfilled.

I don't think we're splitting hairs here because this actually matters. The reason it matters is because the version your using has an entirely different nuance to the KJV. The reader will draw two vastly different conclusions depending on which text is used to interpret these verses.
