I did the math using page numbers, subtracting SYM's from NBW's and then multiplying by

when he ran out of fingers he used hers, ran out of hers and used mine, ran out of those, used his brothers and then sisters.......
now between all of us there were 50 fingers......
he wanted to keep counting, looked puzzled as to how to do this now.
Teacher slipped of her sandals, wiggled his toes and said "KEEP GOING!"
We all followed slipping of shoes and socks (got to be a little stinky in that room
)....all in all he eventually reached 100 fingers and toes.
