As previously mentioned, sometimes people are misinterpreted as being mean when they are not trying to be mean. Too many people on this site already have been unfairly banned

Yes, I think they can be here. One chance to be in a community like this is fair enough. The thing is, CC is not a place for perfect people. Lets make room for other people to grow. )

In law the website is considered like a home for the owner, at which they may discrimminate against the people they do not wish in. Donations unlike subscriptions don't confuse this issue.

In general I support the principle of evicting problem makers, however standards of what I constitute a problem are different to the website owners... as said its easy to mis-interpret people intentions or show them the failure of their ways.
I have some reasons why mean, disrespectful people can be a good thing, and that is to reveal them for what they are and to motivate others against them, but retaining them on a site after warnings only reveals a tolerance of it.

I'm very interested in the opinions of others, whether I agree with them or not, and we all have our personality flaws. Also, sometimes things don't come across online as the poster intended and it's very easy to be misunderstood.

My only issue is when a post is abusive or more of a personal attack against another poster rather than the expression of an opinion. To me, that's over the line.

Sorry, I need to vent a little. So, do not take that personally or seriously in anyway. But yeah... I believe that they should be allowed as long as they adhare to the rules. *shrugs* Kinda like how a church is for the sinner and the saint, right? Besides, aren't we supposed to show love for our enemies?
