Every time i have said south, i am referring to the compass direction... Compass south...

'Really basic stuff mate... Orientation of crux is irrelevant to the fact that it lays within 30 degrees to the south. COMPASS south.
Do u know what 30 degrees is??? Compared to 180 degrees??? Diego is looking basically 180 degrees to me... Behind me

All you need to know is that crux is south just like little or big dipper is north. Its really 2+2 stuff here
I know exactly what south is before i look at my compass... I look up and say "that is south" by use of the southern cross...
Then i look at my compass to confirm it and log its details... Thats my method

Were both in the dark.
Were both facing compass south
Were both looking at southern cross above
Sometimes i think the more words i used the more u twist it...
Simplified... They are looking compass south at the same time as me looking at crux above

Heres is a protractor... It is divided up into 360 segments called degrees
Check and see how small the 30 degree margin is... Its tiny
Now check and see the directions they are facing... Totally opposite
Each facing COMPASS south looking at the crux to the south... COMPASS south

The below are two points that may be useful. I am trusting them to be true, but happy to discuss in more detail if you hold them to be false.

It may be true but is not relevant to the discussion i was having with Garry...
The simple fact is that the southern cross constellation (AKA crux) is always pointing us south... Regardless of its elevation, orientation or anything else... The crux points south just like the dipper always points north
The FE models says that south is everywhere... Impossible
How can millions in South America be seeing the crux to the south when im looking behind them at the same time to the south at crux? Compass south.
The crux cannot be in multiple places at once. Especially not behind me...
My point is that the crux points south where ever you are in the south. Simultaneously
And this rubbish of phantom stars not existing is rubbish...
There are stars in the center, like Polaris but they are solitary and very faint but they exist...

When the sun goes down on the east coast of Australia it is still dark in South America...
We're both seeing the crux to the south.
On this FE model thats how it looks... They're looking the complete opposite way and seeing the crux while we're doing the same
How? Impossible... The only conclusion is that there is a south pole just like there is a north pole

Have you got a compass???
Go out at night and use your compass to determine south... Then look at the sky above it to find the southern cross.
It might be sideways or even upside down depending where you are and when you look.
If your near a city u may struggle to find it as the two faint stars will be impossible to see.
Near small country towns is ideal or even better, in the middle of the bush
But if you do this a few nights you will see that the southern cross always faces south.
Ive been watching and documenting the crux for over 2 months now since i moved to Tassie...
I can go outside and find the southern cross if its not cloudy and know its south. Confirm it with my compass
Iv been more than fair and patient in waiting for possible explanation but all i got was stuff like "it doesn't exist" which im not even addressing anymore or "you can't see it simultaneously" which is false. The FE notherners can't see our stars and they have been misinformed badly.
You know, its no fluke its on our flag... The crux is famous for a reason...
It directed all the early explores, showed them where south was...
The Portuguese were the first Europeans to see crux and map the southern skies as well as the southern coastlines of Africa and Asia... They put the southern cross on the Brazilian flag... So too did the British put it on the Aussie flag as a testement to its importance...
And before them the Polynesians were navigating north and south pacific without a compass... LoL... Insane but who needs a compass when u have the southern cross and the dipper in the north... Then by its elevation and orientation they could pinpoint where they were on the world...
I thought there may have been some truth to FE and maybe there still is but not this particular model...
Round earth is most probable in my mind... Fixed round earth...
My observations aren't conforming to the spinning earth model though its still early in this study
