First off, I can't speak for everyone, but in my opinion, we all have different pieces of the puzzle. I tend to listen to people, don't believe we always will agree on things, and that's ok. When people talk, we have the opportunity to share, learn and grow. I have heard that the bible form is a bit a rougher place.Thank you kindly for your welcome BlessedByGod

Where I usually chat with people is in the thread called The Chst Thread. It is for people who just want to chat about whatever good and clean things come up. Anything from just just general chatting, to biblical things, to humor. Good all purpose thread for just about everything.
As far as the criteria to chat on here, as you see you sent a message, so I got it. So really only criteria is a desire to talk with others and the ability to type out messages
. I will say that if your ever trying to reach someone in a thread, if you put the @ sign before there name like this for example @BlessedByGod then it will send a message to them that you have mentioned them and the link to the thread you mentioned them in.
I pray all this helps and look forward to seeing you about the threads.
Oh, one last thing. There are many threads about many different topics. My suggestion is to not just stop by the serious ones, but the humorous and fun ones as well. Humor , too, is good for the soul

Most of us do not operate within a live chat area even though this site promotes one. It is more convenient to post in the forums. The Bible Discussion Forum is for general theology and bible studies. It can get heated there, so approach lightly until you have your feelers out.
Most of us post in sub-forums of our interest categories such as Single-adults. We can use more casual posts and play games relating to our interest. Answering to what-if scenarios can be like a game also but can lead to learning from each other. You need not be single to post there but be up-front about your status. Many came in there single and mated up with someone but won't leave off their friendships.

On your PC, while you are reading this post, if you scroll all the way up to the top and look above the first post and to the right, in dark gray, you will see "New Christian Chat Members." click on that and follow the instructions.

A question, If the chat forums different from the chat rooms, is there chat rooms where people cant talk to one another in the now, instead of sending chat in a mail/email like we are doing right now, is there another chatroom where people interact one on one continuance until someone leave? An immediate chat where you can talk and answer each other immediately without waiting us here. Where we are talking right now to me seems like emailing/messaging, no?
