I think the reason that many people are worried about a "vaccine passport" is that once you have something like that will they require you have the flu shot? What about people who have HIV, shouldn't that be on the passport? What about any transmissible disease, once you have accepted the passport it just makes sense to include all of them. Surely STD's should be on the passport. As long as you are doing all that why not just put all of your medical information on a digital passport, medicines and medical history.

Now for many of us that wouldn't really be much of an issue. But I keep having that nagging memory of Schindler's list where the inmates had to strip naked and run in a circle and they would smear blood on their cheeks to make it look like they were healthy so that they wouldn't be gassed. I mean if you have a labor camp you obviously don't want "useless eaters" among your labor force. Reminds me of the guy who ran the camp who would sit on his balcony overlooking the camp with his high powered rifle and shoot the loafers.
One other point, if businesses are the ones who are opening and closing doors depending on whether or not you have the vaccine passport presumably their employees would all have to have the vaccine passport. So when you want to get a job your employer is going to ask to see your vaccine passport. So then is the goal to reduce their health insurance costs by not hiring people the insurance company would flag?

We take risks everyday. I remember reading a book written by a agent in the CIA. He said we all walk by potential terrorists all the time. They are in neighborhoods, towns, cities, schools, jobs, etc. It is only when they act on such violence do we hear of them.
I agree, but we can manage risk by making the right decisions. If a risk is unavoidable, we can minimize the impact by taking appropriate actions.

Cancer is also a natural part of life. What is the difference between telling someone not to take a vaccine (for purposes of this discussion, any vaccine) versus telling them not to go for chemo/radiation but instead try natural treatments?
The difference between having cancer and having a virus is that cancer often does not go into remission without treatment. Vaccines are used in healthy people who aren't sick with the goal of preventing an illness.

This is a bit of an apples and oranges comparison because they aren't comparable. Chemo/radiation is not used on healthy people to prevent cancer and vaccines aren't used on sick people to cure an illness.

The big difference is that when a healthy person takes a vaccine they run the risk of serious injury or death. When a cancer patient takes chemo/radiation they have a chance at recovery.

Since cancer and viruses are not entirely avoidable, they are risks people have no other choice but to accept.

You have the choice of accepting or not the side effects. This doesn't mean there won't be restrictions in the foreseeable future because of your decision.
Restrictions only work when they're obeyed.

One can most certainly prevent catching a virus, there are various mitigation measures one can do.
There's nothing you can do to avoid germs and illnesses.

It is not a question of deliberate risk but whether it is a sizable risk and the scientific evidence is that it is not a sizable risk as compared to actually contracting the virus.
That's an opinion. Science uses their own methodologies to verify their own claims. They don't decide what my opinions are and I don't decide what their opinions are. I'd like to keep it that way.

Perhaps you are young and think you are safe, have a healthy immune system but you really do not know with any certainty what your body's response will be, it is one of the least understood systems in the body.
That's inaccurate. Young and healthy people, such as myself, can and do get sick and die with regular frequency. Age isn't a factor at all.

Other cultures would disagree, you are using the American optics on this issue.
Do you believe other cultures have a superior opinion to American culture?

This virus is here to stay, and no this is not an end of the age event.
You'll probably be taking booster shots for the rest of your life. That's no way to live. Praying for your health and safety. Good luck.

You allowed the stem cells of aborted babies who never had a chance at life to enter your bloodstream. Why: so you don't get Covid-19? Guess what? Now you have Covid-19. When you get sick as a dog and are on a ventilator from the adverse effects of the shot you took, think about those dead babies' cells running through your bloodstream and the life that they were denied.
Hogwash and poppycock! Check your sources only use seminal information and find out the facts. Not all stem cells come from aborted babies! No matter what kind of person you are, Christian or not you can do your homework and decide to believe or not believe things based on facts instead of rumours and backbiting. Take a look at what the Scriptures say about fear mongering and spreading lies and half truths. You are responsible about what you say and what you write and you will be held accountable for it by your Lord and Savior.

Since it is well known that this vaccine does not prevent the illness what is the point? Some studies even suggest that it turns people into super spreaders.

Fully Vaccinated Woman Dies of Covid after Taking Carnival Cruise to Belize – 27 People Total Tested Positive For Covid Aboard Ship – ALL VACCINATED

A beloved great grandmother tragically died of Covid after taking a Carnival cruise to Belize earlier this month.

77-year-old Marilyn Tackett, a retired Sunday school teacher from Oklahoma, boarded a Carnival cruise ship on July 31 out of Galveston, Texas.

On August 4th, Tackett, who was fully vaccinated for Covid, began to have breathing problems and decided to stay on the ship as her family disembarked and toured Belize.

The ship’s medical team tested Tackett for Covid and it came back positive.

The cruise’s medical doctor said Tackett needed to be put on a ventilator and had her transferred to a local hospital in Belize.

The family raised money through GoFundMe to pay for the $5,000 demanded by the hospital in Belize.

Tackett was ultimately flown to a hospital in Oklahoma where she passed away on August 14.

“We just wanted to get on here and Thank all of you for your support, love and prayers. Memaw fought as long as she could,” the family said on its GoFundMe page.

“To know she’s reunited with lost loved ones and that she’s basking in The Lord’s presence now is a huge comfort. We’ll always miss and love her and continue to keep her legacy alive. We’ll continue to walk in Faith like she taught us and try to spread love and kindness like she did. Please continue to keep her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren in your prayers as we lay her to rest. And please know we love and appreciate you all,” they added.

How about if I just stay here for the next 3 - 4 months and you tell me whether or not you get infected with the virus and how that affects you and I'll do the same.
People who have the vaccine do not have to wait. All they need to do is to get a picture taken of their blood under magnification (most universities would have that capability) and then compare that picture with a picture of healthy blood. If the blood cells show degradation it would prove the alarmists right, if the blood cells do not show degradation it would undermine the alarmists argument that this is a "death shot".

I'll answer that: Yes. Most definitely! What's American culture anyway? With most people in the country calling their own country the name of a continent. Why does that matter anyway? Isn't this a Christian forum... or is it an American forum?

That is if you want to avoid it. I'm much safer in car versus a motorcycle.

Ha! I've had it already. It was nothing more than a bad flu. After all, that's what coronaviruses are associated with - colds. But I'll let you know if I catch it again.

Pfizer has managed risk by avoiding it, they are seeking complete indemnification for any harm from the vaccine. Their stockholders will be very happy.

Lol. It was those evil anti-vaxxers that was spreading the virus. Oh wait - there weren't any... I can't think of a convincing excuse. But I'm sure the Lamestream will make one up, if this gets out. And the sheep (following the bad shepherds) will believe them.

When the Plandemic started in 2019 and shutdowns and masking began in 2020 i told everyone "Do not be afraid of this and DO NOT wear the masks, it will weaken your immune system." I never stopped my daily routine, going out twice everyday for coffee, going to the stores, going outside, talking with people who were not in fear.
I also said "When i get IT, my God given immune system will beat it and i will be healthier then before."

Wound up my 78 year old father-in-law got covid, gave it to my 28 year old son, who brought it home to give to everyone in my household and a BEAUTIFUL thing happened - we all had covid, nobody was afraid and nobody died and no side effects.
But we ALL became healthier.
To GOD be the Glory - Amen

The news just came out that the Spanish supreme court has denied vaccine passports. No vaccine passports in Spain allowed. Great news.
