I enjoy kids of all ages, but 24-30 kids 5 days a week would be...wow... I did children's ministry for years and that was only for an hour or two one day a week, so I truly admire Amber for what she does. It takes a lot of planning, creativity and patience. It's a very tough job that is grossly under appreciated.
I have to admit loving to snuggle babies. They smell awesome and their little heads sleeping on your shoulder feels like nothing else in the world. If it doesn't melt you, you aren't human.
Watching the amazement of toddlers learning new things and discovering the world is one of life's greatest pleasures. And I love the challenge of answering teens' questions. They keep you on your toes and aren't afraid to call you out.
