Christians should not bother with Britannica or Wikipedia to determine the true nature of Allah and Islam. Go straight to the Koran (Qu'ran) and learn from the primary source.

Allah attacks Jesus the son of Mary thus: Sura 9: 31. They have taken their rabbis and their priests as lords instead of Allah, as well as the Messiah son of Mary. Although they were commanded to worship none but The One God. There is no god except He. Glory be to Him; High above what they associate with Him.

Allah says Islam must prevail over all religions: Sura 9:33. It is He [Allah] who sent His Messenger [Muhammad] with the guidance and the religion of truth, in order to make it prevail over all religions, even though the idolaters dislike it. [Note: According to the Koran Christians are idolaters because Jesus is not God and must not be an "associate" of God]
It seems to me that you are saying people should not bother about these sources because they do not say portray what you believe. Have you considered Acts 17 showing Paul's encounter with the Pagans of Athens or Acts 10 speaking about Cornelius before he was directed to see Peter?

I heard Brian Houston say that Islam is one of the Abrahamic religions with my own ears. I have to say that had to kick myself in case I was dreaming. Unfortunately not. He also stated that Christians and Muslims serve the same God. He walked that back when he was confronted with his statement.

Yes, Christians and Muslims serve the same God but that does not mean they share the same religion or understand this God the same way.

Rev 13 predict there will be one world government. Catholic promote that, that is why catholic say Muslim worship same god as Christian to lay foundation of one world religion to support one world government, antichrist or lucifer government before second coming

Since that is a very serious lie, it must be addressed and put to rest. The Koran is opposed to the Bible, and Allah is opposed to Christ and the Holy Trinity. And the Bible says that light and darkness have no fellowship with each other.
That claim is not borne out by the Koran. In the Koran Abraham and Ishmael are responsible for building the Kaaba in Mecca! Does that jive with the biblical account of Abraham and Isaac?
There are Christians that do not believe in the Trinity. Does that mean they do not worship the same God you serve?

Such muslims do not follow the whole of the Quran. The Quran teaches jihad against those who are of other faiths than Islam.
The way you talk about the Quran is the same way some Muslims, out of ignorance, talk about the Christian bible because our bible is made up of the Old Testament and the New Testament. In the OT, we have such God driven wars with the "Infidel". So, I think, you need more understanding of the Muslim world.

We are in NT era, we believe Jesus as God, Muslim don't believe Jesus as God

The God of the Bible is the God of Abraham.
In that case, we all serve the same God, --The Jews that use Talmud and Torah; The Muslims and The Christians. Different religion, different understanding but serving the same God of Abraham.

religions have a dead gods. None have a living resurrected savior.

religion says "do"
Christianity says "done"

Religion stretches a ladder to heaven
Christianity has God stretching a ladder to earth.

That's the basis for saying christianity is not a religion. It is completely different.
Your personal opinion I believe.

assume "allah" would properly transpose into "God" in the holy bible.

We would see "allah" (a murderer) actually written in place of "God".....since you say they are the exact same person.
Allah is the Arabic word for God. God is an English word for English speaking Countries. I can bet you, if you go to some Countries say African Countries for instance where they serve the same God you serve and mention God to them, they will not understand what you are saying except there is an interpreter. Do not assume, everybody speaks English. The Christian word God has been translated in so many different languages of the world. And, they mean the same thing, GOD.

CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
SECOND EDITION

841 The Church's relationship with the Muslims. "The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day."

They worship a demon, a false god that Yahweh warns His people to not fall into the worship of demons who manipulate the masses to worship them as a god.

You only worship the same God if they have the same characteristics. A trinity making Jesus God in the flesh is not the same description that the Quran uses. So by logic of non-contradiction they are opposed.

People can worship God's creation but fail to worship the true God. They may worship idols, demons, or false prophets but just because one worships, doesn't equate to it being the same being. The inward desire to worship may be evident of God as even the indians knew to worship something, but it doesn't mean the sun is Yahweh.
Please read Acts 17: 16 - 23. it might help your understanding. Read also Acts 10 about Cornelius before he was directed to Peter.

The Muslim concept of God is not the same. The Al Qur'an teaches that allah is the greatest deceiver of all. The Bible teaches that the Devil is the father of lies.

I don't mind the word 'Allah' since that is the Arabic (indonesian, etc.) word for God, but Muslims have some different ideas about what God is like.
I do not think , it has to do with what you mind or do not mind but what the truth is. The truth is that Muslims worship the same God of Abraham which we worship. The understanding of this God differs even in Christendom. I always refer people to Acts 17:16 -23 where Paul was preaching to the pagans of Athens and told them that the unknown God which they worship is the same God he was preaching to them. It was the manner in which they serve him that is wrong. He was addressing their concept of this God and their manner of worship. I believe, it is the same thing we should be addressing both within our Christianity and the outside world.

When you get to Acts 10, you read about the story of Cornelius, the Italian centurion whom God accepted prior to him becoming a Christian and then directed him to Peter to have a perfect understanding of the true Way. Are you going to say that the God that sent the angel to him, as a pagan, before he converted to Christianity is not the Christian God?

That is not the best example because Cornelius already feared God and prayed to him. Maybe he was a pagan at one point in his life, or maybe his parents believed in the God of Israel. We don't know. There were four types of people in the ancient world, Israelites called 'Jews' in the first century (in translation at least). Then there were proselytes, men who had been circumcised who took on them the obligation to keep the law of Moses along with women in their households. Another category were pagans. Then there were God-fearing Gentiles who believed in the God of Israel who went to the synagogue, maybe outside of a partition that separated them from the Jews and proselytes. Some of the Pharisees tried to get Gentiles to convert through circumcision. Apparently, this practice influenced some of the churches and Paul opposed it.

This is absolutely true. God's plan of salvation is for the whole world. Muslims worship the same God of Abraham whom we worship but we do not share the same religion. It is the understanding of this God that differs.
