I don't want to debate whether they exist or not, and what they really may be.

There is a lot of talk about how aliens are going to show themselves soon or whatever. Aliens in general have been getting a mass amount of hype lately.

But what bothers me is people seem to be anticipating the arrival of aliens more than the return of Christ.

You don't hear sinners panicking about the return and running to repent, you hear people panicking about aliens arriving and how they will protect themselves.

You don't hear talk of how glorious Christs return will be, you hear talk of how much information we can gain from aliens.

To be honest, I feel like a lot of people half way worship aliens.

Obviously some priorities are way out of whack.

Idolizing is pretty easy to achieve.

I find it interesting that people will believe conspiracy theories with no evidence, or argue for aliens based on (im)probablility albeit a lack of evidence.

Yet, when it comes to Christ. No amount of evidence works, conspiracy theories (such as da vinci) explain away, and arguments are based not on the existing evidence, but rather a perceived improbablility

Yes I am tired of alien anticipation too. They think that since they can travel here that they are far more advanced than us so they can teach us how to fix our problems here on earth, and that makes sense to me, but I always say, why are they teasing us?? Why not help us? I have an explanation but you didnt want to talk about what they are so I will respect that :)

Satan's objective is to mislead people from God and aliens are a good way to do it. People are more busy wondering what aliens are and maybe kind of worshipping them instead of worshipping God and following Jesus. I have theories about what they are, but in brief, you are right. The point is that they are just a distraction for what we should focus on.

Everyone wants to 'escape'. So they find loopholes to get out of everything. Like of aliens exists, God can't exist.

No, go ahead with your theory! It's not that I didn't want to talk about it, I just didn't want a big debate about whether or not they exist. I guess I should have worded that a little better. Lol

If I was the leader of some advanced alien race, I would keep them as far from earth as possible.

God does say that he has worlds that we know not of. This could very well imply that there are other planets inhabited by alien beings...

Don't know where the theories about aliens came from but have a good idea where it could be. Consider some years ago (or even now ) how even fellow human beings -specifically of different race- were/are considered inferior/as animals/not human.. etc etc ........

Then it goes without saying that man can just think up anything, say anything but in the scriptures there are no aliens. Unless you consider angels, etc in heaven as aliens. It also goes without saying that a Christian who believes in God as creator and not big bang can in no way believe in aliens from outer space since there is really no basis.
Amen.

I don't know exactly which verse you are interpreting to get that but I really wonder or rather how can God have other beings elsewhere? I mean then maybe they would be doing better than us and he would not need to save us since he had them. (I realise you could say that God saves us out of Grace and Love but there would have been a mention of some other beings from the Prophets as God spoke to them). He would never have needed to save this earth even in Old testament times when the Israelites sinned or even before the Jews/Israelites came to the picture.

Which book, chapter, and verse in the bible does it shows such evidence supporting this?,

There are a lot of aliens in the USA. US federal law specifically requires aliens to report.

I didn't say that there is proof of aliens in the bible or say that there are scriptures to support it. There are other worlds besides the world we know of

Hebrews 1:2
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds

Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

I can't find the scripture that I wanted to post, it could be that that scripture doesn't exist and somehow I had mixed it up with something else. If I do find it I will be sure to post it here.
