Oh please. This isn’t the 90s anymore. Privacy doesn’t exist anymore.
‘Not only the methods of extracting info have gotten much better but the best part is that people WILLINGLY share their info because we gotta have Twitter man and then complain about “fredumb of speech”.

I'm not on twitter. And privacy is important. We must fight for it, even if it's too the death.

Anyone who says "I have nothing to hide" is a foolish person. Let me ask anyone these questions. 1) Are you perfect? 2) Are you sinless? With God you can have forgiveness. But the powers in charge. Those sinful, imperfect, people who make the rules, often change the rules. Someday even just being a Christian will become a criminal offense. Privacy is important for everyone.

Oh come on. You could at least have said "Linux sux." If you can't be creative, at least try for being cute.

There's a minimum wit level required for trolls here. We've been here for years. We've seen them come and seen them go. If you can't be more witty than this, you'll have to apply for a low wit exemption.

Again, not enough wit.

You could have said Linux is for a niche market and will never go mainstream.

You could have cited the lack of corporate support and the fact that almost all Linux variants are maintained by groups of unpaid volunteers.

You could have listed some popular video games that still won't run on most Linux distros.

Nooooo, YOU went with a statement that could be countered in three seconds with one sentence.

Come on! If you're going to troll, at least do it right.

I just wanted to go with something classic. The original message. :)

I got fedora installed. Trying to update it from the terminal. When it gets done, I'll reboot and see what happens. lol

Boooooring! As I said, we require more from our trolls.

Have fun with them viruses. :p

(I do run Windows, for gaming and music making, but it never, ever, ever gets online. The internet is a big, scary place for a little unprotected Windows, and I don't want to bog it down with an antivirus.)

I still run windows 7, offline of course. I use a version of Windows PE, when I need Windows 10 for doing a SSD check, with the official software. If I need to do something more extreme for my hardware then I whip out a temporary install of Windows 10 that I have sitting around on a SSD drive. Almost never need to whip it out. lol

Okay, that's something. Still not very witty, but at least not as unimaginative.

Now let's work on being more comprehensible.

Gandalf. Of COURSE it was Gandalf. Silly me.

You used to use Bart PE back in the day though, right?
I think I still have an old Bart PE, but I couldn't tell you for sure what it is. I think it used to say Windows 2003. I might need to boot into it in virtual box to see what it is. You got me curious. lol

You guys don’t even get negative attention from hackers and viruses.
It would be like breaking into a bank that has one dollar.
