We have difficulty obeying the letter of the Law , so Christ made it easy for us by introducing the Spirit of the Law to us. Christ's commandments are to love God first and everyone else second ( including your enemies). This kind of love comes not from ourselves but from the Holy Spirit who fills our hearts with it. Nothing that we do matters if this divine love is not there. If it is there, then everything we do or think is motivated by this love and we are obeying the Spirit of the Law and are lead by the Holy Spirit to love God and strive to do His will and to treat everyone with love and respect.
Seeking to fill that emptiness, that sin does not provide.
Seeking that agape love, that family love and any other type of love does not provide.
Top two sentences is what I felt like during pre-salvation.

Bottom is the true gospel. God controlled events, where I had to move to another place just to find a job.

You have the wrong perspective. Everyone is doomed for damnation and God arbitrarily chooses some to salvation. Also, consider that maybe God softens Pharaoh's evil heart when He sends His Holy Spirit to restrain the evil and hardens it when He withdraws His Spirit.
Genesis 20:6
New King James Version

6 And God said to him in a dream, “Yes, I know that you did this in the integrity of your heart. For I also withheld you from sinning against Me; therefore I did not let you touch her.

Ephesians 2:
1 You were dead in your trespasses and sins.
2 At that time, you walked in the way of this world, in conformity to the ruler of the domain of the air—the ruler of the spirit who is now operating in the sons of disobedience.
3 We too all lived among them in the cravings of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and the mind. By nature we were children of wrath, just like the others.
4 But God was rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us.
5 Even when we were dead in our trespasses, He made us alive together with Messiah.

NOTICE VERSE 5
5 Even when we were dead in our trespasses, He made us alive together with Messiah.

Verses 1-3 explain how we are the Dead Natural Man

Verse 5 says WE WERE DEAD...THEN GOD MADE US ALIVE.
How?

Ephesians 2: 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

John 5:24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life."

Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be [b]the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ: 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before [c]him in love: 5 having foreordained us unto adoption as sons through Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, [d]which he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved: 7 in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 [e]which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, 9 making known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him .

I agree, we have free will, we have free choice. Yes, there are scriptures that can possibly make a person think we have no choice, but these verses have to considered in light of what's obvious—that is, we have free choice. We walk with the Lord because we want to, not because we don't have any say in the matter.
God has given his adopted children many choices to make, as they live their lives here on earth, but their eternal inheritance is not their choice, but God's choice by his sovereign grace.

I think it is easy to understand from the words of God.
The natural woman or man is spiritually dead. They are unable to comprehend the leading of the Holy Spirit until God in his act of irrevocable grace, which makes sense being God is sovereign, gifts that one spiritually dead the ability to hear his leading them to the word.

Not words in a book initially but God. The Word. And after that the words of The Word are able to reach us because we are made spiritually conscious, alive, by God's grace filled gift.

Why do we try to make it complicated? If the Bible is the words of God shouldn't God know what he's talking about? And reach us as he wills?

What are we about if we try to complicate his message by interjecting our perspective if or when it conflicts with his? In a seeming effort to say, he really didn't mean to say that....

God calls to his grace, salvation, understanding. If others so called disagree with what he's led us to understand maybe they might want to consider that education is personal. Not collective.

We can't take the idea of sheep that seriously.
It's a relationship, not a cult.

that is why i am specifically using what Paul said in Ephesians and Titus. therefore, it's impossible when we have the Inspired Words that explain how this is done.

Those that Jesus confessed that he did not know them could not have recieved the holy ghos
So they could not have been His Sheep whom He calls by name, nor could they have been objects of His Eternal Redeeming Love.

Matthew 22:1 And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,

Matthew 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,

Matthew 22:3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.

Matthew 22:4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.

Matthew 22:5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:

Matthew 22:6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.

Matthew 22:7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.

Matthew 22:8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.

Matthew 22:9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.

Matthew 22:10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

Matthew 22:11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

Matthew 22:12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

Matthew 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

The chosen
GOD has those who are born to do HIS WILL. They do not have free choice. He knew them before, they have been pre ordained. They are pre saved.

IN MY WORDS FOR THE EFFECT and not for truth

They are those such as Moses, who said Not me, I stutter.
Or Jonah who said Nope and ended up in a great fishes belly 3 days.
Jeremaih who said, I'm too young.

THEY didn't have a choice. Being saved already, GOD could use them however He saw fit.

I could be wrong but it seems to me most of those who are chosen have a pretty tough to a very tough to a killed doing service life. So to be chosen SOUNDS GOOD but it seems to come with lots of trials and tribulations and beatings and torture.

The called - US, WE, Christians
We hear the words of God that the chosen scribed for God. Those words tell the events of what other chosen ones did. God used the chosen to get the calling done.

Are there still chosen today? I don't know. I personally believe the next 'chosen' the world will know of are the two witnesses. I

But who knows, maybe once we are called and we have attained, we become 'chosen' to call others as servants of God. Either way it's all good. If I were to guess I would say if someone were 'chosen' today, they would spend ALL of their time in the service of God and nothing but the service of God.

God is not a respecter of persons so it doesn't matter one way or the other. God loves us and we love God. Chosen or called.
There are two serious problems with God predetermining a person's salvation.

The first problem is that the nation of Israel was chosen, was elect, yet Israel was grafted out of the tree of life. How can God's election of Israel fail?

The second problem is that Christianity is in decline worldwide. Is this because God is selecting far fewer people to save?

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

some peoples Doctrines and idealism's have more value than the literal words of God.

Disrespectful and prideful, yes. Why even make such a comment except to show off your disrespect and pride. Reading your threads does not excuse your behavior as a Christian. It is not about you. It's about helping others to find truth.
Ok, there is no Christian expectation to respect someone. Especially if they continue to push an errant narrative that has been refuted many times.
Decision theology is a revivalist error, TULIP is a Calvinist error. There are better options.
Maybe stop and consider yourself. Are you being disrespectful by disregarding the continued refutations of your continued attempts at this narrative?
Paul directed Titus to rebuke certain people's sharply because their continues error.
I dont intend for my words to be harsh or hurtful, please do yourself a favor and learn what the Bible say in total and in context and apply the full body of scripture to your theology.

They were 'cut off' and BUT will be grafted back in. Because of unbelief AND because of the BLINDNESS God placed upon them, which is also FOR the rest of the world to come to knowledge.

All of Israel will be saved, no failing.

Christianity is on the decline world wide as we know the FAMINE in the end times is for the WORD OF GOD so we know it isn't GOD who is selecting far fewer people to save but more the effects of the 'mystery of iniquity' truly coming into it's own.

How does GOD CALL US? Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. If it were by some 'super natural event' such as the Holy Spirit coming and demanding your love, then

Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

THAT wouldn't need to happen at all.

BUT how many of GODS WORDS do you really hear today? Mostly the wisdom of man and his assumptions is all you hear.

Getting people to understand the simplicity of the revelation of the Christ. Is seeking the holy grail in essence. Most will never understand or experience the treasures, the riches contained in that revelation of Jesus Christ.

Christianity is in decline worldwide.
Depends on your source. Radical leftists have caused damage regarding the growth of Christianity in America, but there are other countries and even continents that are on spiritual fire for Jesus.
