looks great! Red meat and fire, a tough combo to top.
(It has occurred to me that the "tomahawk steak" cut is just a way to sell the bone for the price of steak)
Bon Appetit!

I am fast becoming a tomahawk steak guy. The meat is tender if you prepare it correctly and the fat on the meat is just right...

Is the meat anymore tender or the fat anymore well displaced because the bone is longer? I am still of the mind they have found a way to sell bone for the price of steak.
It does have eye appeal though:unsure::);):coffee:(y)

We don't have them here like that. As far as I'm aware it's a ribeye steak with the bine still attached. A tbone steak is part fillet and part sirloin 👍a piece of each on each side of the bone.

I bet it tasted good 😂🤣😂.. I think it happens all over, if comapnays can get cheap meat. I remember in the 90vs there was a similar scandal here. The found horse meat in beefburgers of a well none brand.

Sometimes your just better not knowing 🤣😂🤣

I recall years ago a shipment of kangaroo was found headed for MacDonalds here.
I have heard some processed meat products referred to as "mystery meat".

I actually ate some fried ones at a restaurant buffet once when I was a kid. I thought they were chicken wings. Tasted like fried chicken wings. I found out when I went back and read the sign on the buffet tray. This is actually a picture of fried frog legs. Hard to tell its not chicken.
