Yes there have been plenty of people who have done evil things supposedly in the name of God. Hitler was one of these people.

That your remarks are incendiary is witnessed by your words. Using words and phrases like Hitler and wiping with the Constitution are in themselves designed to provoke a response. Then to act aghast at some of the responses is intellectually dishonest. A little common sense and understanding of the depravity of man could have diffused the conversation with relative ease.

The point I'm making is that Christian nationalism wants Christianity to get special privileges when the Constitution specifically says you can't do that.
The Constitution says all religious get equal protection under the law

I don't think Christians think that people of different faiths should be treated differently. I believe their concerns are that they believe without morality the privileges afforded under the constitution will be taken away. I believe there is sufficient evidence for such a concern.
