To other members here. Are there those who post here who also claim Jesus was a mere man born with a sin nature though he chose not to sin?
are you saying that running said Jesus was a man born with a sin nature but chose not to sin?

if so, would you know where I can find that post? that is a heretical statement

your posts are tasteless examples of someone who is wrong, might even know it, but refuses to acknowledge they were wrong
right

you certainly are

your own variety too

don't forget your commentary to go along with it
that explains it

you think you are Paul 2.0

not surprised. it really does enlighten us as to why you are so self righteous and argumentative and deny what the Bible plainly states

frankly, I would renounce that so called angel who told you that you are a sinner and salvation only continues when you work for it

thanks for letting us know.
Your posts are nothing but insults. Do better.

Au contraire, you prove yourself to be ignorant yet again. I read scripture all the time, but it’s on my dime, not yours. Imagine that, it’s not all about you.

it seems we have the fighting duo here, who, if they are not fighting each other, just insult others and muck about with no purpose other than fighting

sad and immature

Try again Einstein. I asked them directly, yes or no, do you still sin and they evaded the question several times. That means they deny ever sinning. Don’t come swinging at me without knowing what you’re talking about.
exactly

it is alarming the amount of people who do not comprehend these major truths of scripture and continue to call themself a sinner

from the nastiness of some of the posts, I would have to agree with that
I'd go further. The number of actual Christians here are far less than the number of rude, nasty, trolls pretending to be Christians.

2 things are being said:

1. We identify in Christ which by its connection to Him has us robed in His perfect and sinless righteousness.

2. We still sin because we have yet to achieve this status fully.

Both ideas can coexist.
well that is how it is

our identity is in Christ, which is why we do not refer to ourselves as sinners

and yet, we still are capable of sin as long as we are living in this flesh...but no longer just a sinner, but rather justified and no longer under condemnation

Kids.
Not adults, nor Christians, speak as certain ones do here.

If we stopped enabling the false ones with our attention how active would any given discussion be.

When FreeGrace2 starts sounding like the false ones he's come against in the past something's up.

Paul referred to himself as the chiefest of sinners.

Yes:

1 Tim 1:15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

was he actually still a sinner
He said he was... Do you believe him?

rather than a saint?
He was a saint who knew he still sinned.

I don't read them anymore.

My question was open. Asking if anyone here thinks, teaches, Jesus was just a man and with a sin nature who chose not to sin.

Not referring to anyone saying that. Rather, asking if that heretical teaching is found here too.

thanks for letting us know.
And thanks for revealing your true colors again, and again, and again. You’re a mocker, that’s clear.

The only one who will be renounced is you and I do so in the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit.

really?

was he actually still a sinner rather than a saint?
I think people who believe themselves sinners are.

Christians know better of themselves.
That's why Bible study is imperative.

Let's remember the Bereans.
https://www.bereanbiblesociety.org/was-paul-the-chief-of-sinners-3/

''So in calling himself the chief of sinners, Paul was also saying that he was the most prominent leader of the world’s sinful rebellion against God (Acts 8:3; 9:1). That’s why God saved him, to prominently show His grace in him (1 Tim. 1:16), just as He judged Pharaoh, the world’s most prominent and powerful leader, to show His power in him (Exod. 9:16).
This might be why Paul used the present tense to say he was still the chief of sinners, even now that he was saved. He was still the world’s most prominent example of the worst kinds of sinner saved by grace.
If you’re not saved, Paul’s story is solid Biblical proof that no matter who you are or what you’ve done, God can save you. “Christ died for our sins…and…rose again” (I Cor. 15:3,4). “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved” (Acts 16:31).''

The greatest Evangelist of his time a sinner still? No.

yeah

that was all actually covered some pages back

it's like people cannot hold 2 concepts in their minds at the same time

since Paul began all his letters calling the intended audience 'saints' (save the Galatians) it is highly doubtful he thought he was still a sinner in the sense some here seem to believe

People should be able to distinguish between identity and practice. Both sides are correct. The 2 truths aren't mutually exclusive.

LOL
I find this very funny coming from a man who says that he's not a sinner... and is right now going over many of my old posts and putting negative emoji reactions on them.
Just because he's infuriated that I disagreed with one of his posts. ROTF

"I am not a sinner even though my heart is filled with bitterness!" LOL
