The Demoncrats love to virtue signal as though they really care about anyone, and as though they have any morality within themselves. The most recent virtue signaling is about “political violence”.

Well guess who started and encouraged political violence over the last decade? And who has kept up the rhetoric which has led to political violence? It is the Leftists/Communist/Marxist/Leninist/Fascist/Anarchist Democratic party of the USA.
Probably their greatest trick was making enough people believe that those who disagree with them are the Nazis. Now they can easily justify “cancel culture” and free speech suppression because it’s just those Nazis being punished for being evil.

The irony is, cancel culture and attacks on free speech are staples of fascism and Nazism is far left authoritarianism; that’s where modern Democrats are. Far right is Anarchism.

Well played. I’m almost impressed, but critical thinking is a dying art and not many people will care as long as they have their beer, blue jeans, and streaming platforms to pacify them with more propaganda cleverly disguised as entertainment.

They also control the de facto state media.

The people who speak up, should they have a large enough soapbox and audience, are silenced eventually anyway.

So much more could be said, but that’s all for now.

Yes in the early stages of the pandemic hospitals were overrun and didn't even have beds or respirators to treat the influx of covid patients
So I've heard three different arguments on this forum.
Punishment for sin. A biological weapon
A hoax.
Law of non-contrection. It can't be all three.
Of course it can be all three. Babylonians invade Israel, that is a punishment for sin and it is a man made weapon. God can use anyone and everyone.

I just explained what is going on for the last two years in the thread "War".

Since 1953 the US has had 40 years of Republican presidents and 29 years of Democratic presidents. What you are seeing today with the Democrats, this has been brewing since WWII ended. It has taken 70 years of TV, Radio, Sex, Drugs, Rock n Roll, Internet, etc. to mesmerize the American people and get us to where we are today.

Look at who the new tech oligarchs are gonna be: Elon Musk, Kanye West, and Donald Trump. All three are Moloch and Baal worshippers. They will be used by God to bring judgement, but there is only one name under heaven given by which we can be saved.

Interesting perspective, but it’ll get worse before it gets better. I believe we’ll eventually have something like a prison state with severely restricted freedom. I don’t have proof for that, but when I pray I occasionally catch little things like that.

It will get horrific before it gets better. These next seven years will truly be the worst tribulation man has ever seen.

The reason Joy Reid and Biden and others say such incredibly stupid things is because they don't want you to see the real agenda which is to paint Evangelical Christians as the enemy and the real criminals.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is the only thing they fear.

It infected the entire planet within 3 months. That's not something to take lately
With a 1.5% kill rate. They shut down huge swaths of the economy, ruining businesses and lives. All for a 1.5% kill rate -- which included other conditions that aided in the demise of the patients. Only about... what was it.. 10% of those who got died directly from it?

I would never ask the entire nation shut down because I was at a 20% risk of dying from this thing. I would be a responsible adult and take precautions for myself. That is what needed to be done, not this panic-mongering that amounted to authoritarian measures from governors claiming "emergency powers".

And, by the way, you did not back yourself up. You claimed I said it was a hoax. You lied. You've taken yourself out of this debate sir.

I understand you may be grieving the loss of people close to you. And, I'm sorry about that. But, that does not give you the right to misrepresent what I say just to try to make your points more valid.

Political Violence Rages Against Republican Candidates, Staffers, Volunteers
Below are five examples in recent weeks of political violence perpetrated against Republicans:

1.) “Republican Gen. Bolduc Physically Attacked by Individual Outside Wednesday’s Debateby Breitbart News’s Wendell Husebo:
Republican Gen. Don Bolduc was physically attacked by an unknown individual before the Wednesday debate with Democrat Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Bolduc’s campaign told Breitbart News.

Kate Constantini, Bolduc for Senate spokeswoman, told Breitbart News that before the General went on the debate stage, he was physically attacked outside the building by an individual in the crowd.

“Prior to the debate, an individual in the crowd gathered outside attempted to punch the General and was quickly apprehended and arrested,” Constantini explained.
2.) “Report: Illinois Man Threatened to Kill GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Darren Bailey and His Familyby Breitbart News’s Jordan Dixon-Hamilton:
Twenty-one-year-old Scott Lennox of Illinois left a depraved voicemail last week for Republican gubernatorial candidate Darren Bailey in which he threatened to “skin” Bailey “alive” and “feed his f****ng family to him,” according to state prosecutors.
Lennox had a “heated argument” with his friends at a Chicago bar last Friday over pro-Bailey advertisements that made him “angry,” which led to the threatening voicemail, prosecutors allege.
In that message, Lennox allegedly threatened to “skin Darren Bailey alive,” and “feed his f****ng family to him as he is alive and screaming in f****ng pain.” Lennox allegedly called Bailey a “piece of white a** racist s**t” in the voicemail before claiming to know Bailey’s home address.
3.) “Report: Rep. Lee Zeldin Attacked by Man with Weapon at Campaign Stop by Breitbart News’s Jordan Dixon-Hamilton:
Rep. Lee Zeldin, the Republican nominee for governor of New York, was reportedly attacked at a campaign stop in Fairport, New York, by a man with a weapon on Thursday evening. According to local news outlets:
They say Zeldin was giving a speech at the VFW on Macedon Center Road when a man got on stage, started yelling, “wrestled with him a bit, and pulled a blade out.” The alleged attacker was suppressed by AMVETS national Director Joe Chenelly.
The attacker climbed on stage while Zeldin was speaking, but the GOP nominee grabbed the attacker by the wrist and stopped him until several others assisted, according to Zeldin’s campaign. A video showing the attacker climbing onto the stage was posted to Twitter by witnesses shortly after it occurred.
4.) “Disorderly Whitmer Supporter Allegedly Bites Attendee at Tudor Dixon Rally by Breitbart News’s Ashley Oliver:
An unruly woman allegedly bit an attendee at a rally for Republican Tudor Dixon in Detroit over the weekend, according to the attendee, who provided details about the incident to Breitbart News.
The attendee, Wayne County GOP chair Cheryl Costantino, said she was standing by the stage area while Dixon was speaking to a crowd at the restaurant Armando’s when she noticed the woman pushing her way toward the stage.
Costantino said the woman, who at one point was holding a sign in support of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), eventually made her way near the entrance of the stage area and was “screaming at the top of her lungs, causing all kinds of trouble. Nobody could understand a thing she was saying. It was all nonsense.”
5.) Marco Rubio Volunteer Viciously Attacked by Assailants Who Said Republicans Weren’t Allowed in Their Neighborhood by Hannah Bleau:
A volunteer for Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) was brutally attacked while canvassing for the campaign in Hialeah, Florida, leaving him with a broken jaw and internal bleeding.
According to the senator, who is facing off against Democrat Rep. Val Demings (D-FL) in roughly two weeks, four individuals attacked the canvasser, allegedly telling him that Republicans were not allowed in their neighborhood. The man, who will also require facial reconstruction surgery, was wearing a shirt supporting Rubio and hat supporting Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).
“Last night one of our canvassers wearing my T-shirt and a DeSantis hat was brutally attacked by 4 animals who told him Republicans weren’t allowed in their neighborhood in #Hialeah #Florida. He suffered internal bleeding, a broken jaw & will need facial reconstructive surgery,” Rubio said, providing pictures of the man, who can be seen with a black eye and blood running down his face.

It had a low kill rate but a high contagion rate
Some people have reported having permanent respiratory and pulmonary damage

Look, you falsely represented what I said. We weren't debating the severity of covid. You accused the Right of being the divisive party, and I provided evidence to the contrary. You never responded to any of that. Instead, you tried to bog us down in the weeds with minutia, and I suspect that's because that's all you have. You're not here to converse or debate honestly, because your positions cannot be supported by honesty.

Actually I said I pretty much agreed with most of what you said except for "pandemic hoax"

Okay first you said you think it's a hoax because it only kills 1% of people
Now you're saying you weren't debating the deadliness of it so you you just contradicted yourself

You originally assumed Dude was referring to you in an open post, when he was responding to the OP.

That may have confused the issue.

Yes the conversation got confused somehow I was referring to the original poster when he said hoax
And my argument was that a pandemic that infects the entire planet in 3 months is not a hoax

:ROFL:Somehow? You replied after Gojira without saying who or even what you were referring to. You changed the language so that everyone on this thread except you didn't understand.

Okay let's recap.
The original poster said the pandemic is a hoax.
And then I replied that anything that infects the entire planet within 3 months is not a hoax. That's literally the definition of pandemic
Is it for some reason gojira thought I was responding to him when I wasn't and then everything went haywire from there

The only thing I'd change is the original poster did not say "hoax" he said "bogus". That may seem insignificant but it is the reason that no one knew who you were referring to.

These respiratory pandemics pop up about once every decade or so.
There was one about 20 years ago that had about a 50% mortality rate but luckily it wasn't very contagious so it only killed a few people
Let's just hope the next one that comes along isn't worse... However I will agree with the hypocrisy from the left when they said that people can't gather have gatherings but BLM was having gatherings and no one complained

The people who are saying the vaccine is some kind of "mark of the beast" are the same paranoid people who said that the government gave people Polio from the vaccine, or experimented on people without their knowing it, or that denied the official report that Oswald was the lone killer of JFK, or the ones who claimed 9/11 was an inside job. They are the ones who for years were telling us that the Government was aware of UFO's and was not telling us or that the weather balloon at Roswell was a coverup, or that the government was studying how to militarize the weather, or that if they chipped you they could read it from space, or that the government poisoned alcohol during prohibition.

They probably didn't think Iraq had WMD's, or that Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11. We are talking about tin foil hat conspiracy theorists who think that Covid19 was made in a bioweapons lab, or that Covid19 stands for Certificate of Vaccination ID, A.I.

I bet they even question whether January 6th was worse than 9/11 or whether Texas requiring people to have ID to vote is worse than the Civil War.

OP has called pandemic a hoax before.

Search his post stream. Five pages with posts using the word.

You will find one right on the first page. (20 posts per page listed.)

Yeah that's kind of the point I've been making on this forum for the past 11 years.
Demonizing science and medication comes with consequences like when the Muslims brought polio back to Africa by telling people not to get vaccinated
Or when the Catholics told people in Africa not to use condoms during an AIDS epidemic
