the biscuits looked "fluffy" if that is a good term for a good biscuit.

I hear on the other side we will need merely to think of what we desire and we will experience the fulfillment of it. :)(y)

Ohhhh boy!
I won't have a wheat allergy either.

Speaking of that, I was talking to the Lord about the good ice cream that He gave me on my birthday recently and how kind He was.. This afternoon I took a container of the ultra premium ice cream that was on a clearance freezer for a price check at the cashier. There wasn't anything on the shelf or sticker. She rang it up and it was a whopping $00.00! I said, NOW THAT'S the right price 😁
I had some this evening and it's the best ice cream I've ever had! That's coming from an ice cream conesuer who used to produce more flavors of premium than Baskin Robbins..

He really does delight in giving us the desires of our heart, if we will but serve Him.
I recall John Wimber in the video teaching, "The Kingdom of God" tells of how He is pleased by our attempts to come into conformity with His will, but He is outrageously happy to find a people who will walk with Him.
Blessings to you and yours my friend.

In Chicago area Oberweiss is the premium brand. Oberweiss ran for Governor I think. I believe availability is Oberweiss outlets and maybe upscale grocers. Milk is in old fashion 'glass' bottles. I hardly use dairy products except for cheese and have not been to see if Oberweiss has had to make any compromises due to ??? Black Cherry was great.

We have Schwanns (sp?) around here that has a Black Raspberry ice cream that is awesome, it is a 13% butterfat ice cream, 1% more than required to be "ice cream".
Higher butterfat freezes a lot harder.

Never noticed contents on ice cream. Is it required and stated on package?

If it is "ice cream" it is a minimum 12%, lesser amounts are "ice milk" or other labels.
Might be a state standards thing, but that is my recollection from a job years ago in the dairy industry.
What are we doing up at this hour?

So the Schwann 13% is just barely qualified? I haven't been eating ice cream for years now but still curious as in the future I may.

not "barely qualified", but "exceeds the standard".
everything is pretty precise now, I know of no other ice cream that exceeds the standard.
I know here each of every dairies products is tested every month for this.

Am I misunderstanding this? Sounds like at 12% butter fat it is "ice milk'. And 'ice milk' makes me think like a 'slushy' cone almost.
