Forget that there is a neo-Nazi battalion in the Ukrainian armed forces called the Azov.

Report that evil Russia has attacked Ukraine.
While our government sends tax dollars to supply Ukraine's fight.
America fighting Russia through Ukraine as our proxy.

And how does government and opportunists further the fight?
Start a movement,a cause, Americans love to get behind causes, like, $$ ''I stand with Ukraine'', and other such entities.
Where's the money go?Do we ever follow up on that? What do we get for our donation?

A bumper sticker that acts as advertisement to induce others to send money & get bumper stickers. The least we can do and feel like we've done something;throw money at it.

Can you imagine that appearing on any MSM network?
Of course not.

Yeah, the msm narrative is that Russia is mercilessly bombing helpless civilians from afar while the brave Ukrainian Army is just slaughtering Russia's most ELITE troops on the battlefield- but those elite troops are also ill-equipped conscripts forced by the evil Pootin.
Wagner mercenaries are also "ill-equipped" fodder for the Ukrainians- until they want to brag that they took advanced drone-detection technology from the Wagner mercs.
I suspect that very little we hear about this conflict is reality- and we are so willing to cough up the billions- going on a trillions.

The Golden Globes brought Ukraine's leader into the show via video.

His address was introduced by Sean Penn.

Hollywood is Left Wing.

A massively bribed, cocaine snorting (infinite coke being part of the incentive package) political puppet and actor to be more precise......

And Ukraine is bleeding untold $$$billions$$$ of incoming funds into exactly the right hands. Thats how DC rolls. Nothing unusual there.

While I hope the Ukraine does well against the Russian invasion and repels it, I don't support the Ukranian cause in any way, shape, or form. My reasons are far different from yours.

Understand that the Soviet Union collapsed completely, over 20 years ago. When they collapsed, prior SSR's joined NATO as quickly as they could in order to prevent Russia from reoccupying them. Also, Warsaw Pact nations threw off their Russian shackles and joined NATO, for the same reason.

All in all, 13 countries quit supporting Russia militarily and joined NATO. Since the end of the Cold War, 13 countries have joined NATO; the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland (1999), Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia (2004), Albania and Croatia (2009), and Montenegro (2017).

These countries that joined NATO were obliged to assist NATO in defending the entire organization of NATO countries, should the Russians or anyone else attack. And they have particapted in NATO exercises contributing manpower, military equipment, military bases, and money toward the NATO cause.

On the other hand, Ukraine steadfastedly continued to ally itself with the Russians. The Ukraine didn't help NATO's allies in any way/shape/form. And, of course, when the Russian Bear turned on them Ukraine pleads with NATO countries for help.

The Ukraine's current plight, from the Russian invasion, lies with themselves and their steadfast allegiance to Russia and their big 'NYET' to supporting NATO when they had the chance. And it was a chance that lasted for 20 years.

Now, Sweden and Finland are seeing what is happening in Ukraine. They are afraid of the same for their countries and they have applied to join NATO.

My thoughts are, if you want NATO's help, you need to support NATO, and Ukraine didn't. It supported Russia instead.

Currently Russia is swimming in debt....it's about to start defaulting on its debts.

The war in Ukraine is just one thing that is causing them issues....the lack of trading (sanctions) is the real problem.

Unless Russia gets a decisive victory in 3 months the nation is toast....it may be anyway if sanctions continue.

Bur Currently the whole world is giving them tanks and weapons systems.
Now actually we NEED Russia in that neighborhood to be a Bully and keep tight controls on their neighbors even if they are a kleptocracy. We don't want Ukraine to join NATO or the EU.

Not to mention that the Democrats tend to shy away from guns or anything else to do with the 2nd Ammendment. But they currently seem really quick to give Ukraine sophisticated weaponry like its the best thing since sliced bread.

If Russia falls....it's not going to be good.....especially with all those drafted soldiers not getting paid and having weapons.

You fail to realize that all of these weapons need to be manned. By men. Who are not dead.

And Ukrainians are dying in VAST numbers. Unsustainable numbers. 157,000 dead at this point. Which is 3X more than all the casualties the USA suffered in the entire Vietnam conflict.

Furthermore, at this point, only expeditionary forces and Wagner mercs have been doing limited fighting. This will soon be changing to a full scale deployment of the Russian regular forces (600K for starters). And reserves to back them up.

The kill ratio is running somewhere between 8:1 to 10:1, in Russia's favor.

And all Russia has to do is destroy the rail lines and rail hubs to prevent delivery of any new weapons. They have not yet brought their full resources to task to accomplish this. But they will be soon enough.

As for the Russian economy......they are doing quite well under the circumstances. Lowest debt in all is Eurasia by far.

The rate they are spending money at vx income is staggering.

The Russian economy is in shambles....watch a YouTube video once in a while about current life in Russia. It isn't pretty. Butter is in theft proof cases and meat cases are now guarded if they actually have meat in them.

They are about to default on debts....all of them. (Including payments to SM Trolls)

The "reinforcements" are draftees....conscripted men from Russia who don't want to be there and aren't sure they are going to get the measly paychecks promised. It's costing Russia a fortune for the conscripted company's equipment.

Middle to End of March is when I predict that they will have an all out assault. (Weather and mud will be at helpful stages)

All of the Ukranians have been getting formal training everywhere from the USA to Finland.

We shall see what comes.
