amen I agree good quote for sure !

The meaning of life is found in Jesus Christ and the truth of the everlasting God. But the world is filled with lies seeking to blind us to truth evolution is one of those

they will negate faith and then demand you have faith in what they are saying happened billions of years ago, I think mankind has an issue with acknowledging our limitations currently
Amen. But I'm still looking forward to your quote site.

That was about as lame an excuse that anyone could invent. Evolution turned out to be PSEUDO-SCIENCE and the Piltdown Hoax was a good example.

"In 1912, a British amateur archeologist named Charles Dawson wrote to London's Natural History Museum claiming to have discovered the missing evolutionary link between apes and humans in a fossil he had dug up in Piltdown, Sussex. This was the beginning of the Piltdown Man hoax, one of the most successful and consequential hoaxes in scientific history. Dawson's Piltdown Man was conclusively established as a hoax in 1953, after decades of leading scientists down the wrong path of evolutionary study."
https://www.livescience.com/56327-piltdown-man-hoax.html

Darwinianism was a blatant attempt to EXCLUDE God from His creation. And now the atheistic National Geographic never fails to keep pushing the idea of evolution at every opportunity. More PROPAGANDA.
I am just saying in his Book Origins of Species, on last page in Volume [can't remember] Darwin literally wrote an acknowledgement to Creator God.

I have read it myself.

Back in my college days I used that specific paragraph in debates and did well in shutting up the buffoons.

You wrote: "Homosexuals claim Science proves they are genetically designed and created naturally." I've never heard or read that, though I don't guess I read literature by homosexuals. I've never heard or read that sort of thing from any reputable source. Where did you find that? What is the source of that idea?
The highest recognized school for mental illness had a professor from John Hopkins University create a war by claiming in the Battle Same Sex people are born this way from a Scientific standpoint.

I thought it was hilarious this professor just went right at them and settled on trannies are mental ill in a serious kind of way.

But that led me to think about how is it possible Natural Selection would allow those Genetics that will not keep the Species alive. So really, those people are seriously mental in a serious kind of way.

Just wondering about some input to stimulate this group. Does it support science?
There are some issues both in science and in Genesis.

Science only deals with the observable, what can be measured, i.e. physical evidence. Science cannot investigate or even understand metaphysical events.

The Bible ultimately is a spiritual book that reveals an invisible God and a creation.

One is spirit and one is flesh.

The Genesis account may be a short summary of creation, written for a uneducated population that existed for thousands of years.
I cannot interpret the Genesis account because I do not know the intention of the author.

Even the text of Genesis alternates between a symbolic narration and a real world narration.

I cannot avoid the distinct possibility, that you may have to accept the Genesis account by faith.

Regardless of how much one is able to reconcile creation and science, faith will always be necessary for the Christian.

Without faith it is impossible to please God.

If he was serious he would have scrapped his writings. The Christian converts who practiced sorcery burned their precious books as noted in the book of Acts.

I am not trying in any way to make Darwin appear to be someone that matters.

I don't know why he did it but he did it and there's undeniable proof.

The better question might be...does science support creation? The error of science isn't that it can't support the truth of the Bible but that it purposefully seeks to deny it. And to do so, it has to contradict in many cases its own previous conclusions.
You smacked the nail right on his head.

That's why Jesus told others not to touch him after his resurrection, when he was still transforming. He is no longer the flesh.
I can see your meaning in this theology but must disagree in your conclusion.

Nope.

Can't make something out of nothing.

And Genesis 1:1 is not a complete sentence to begin with.
The root word "bara" for "created" in Hebrew wants a material. So there is an implied "out of" that belongs in the translation but usually not inserted. And of course nothing as a material is listed. It is left intentionally blank.

The point is that God did make something out of nothing. That is the secular scientist talking in you. Who made the atoms? Who made the molecules? How can an electron micrograph of protein synthesis show a walking molecule on a molecular strand of protien stopping or stepping off another passing perpendicular to it? God's exclusive providence over His creation. You don't have to have a materials list, as in secular science to know this concept. An all-powerful being outside of this creation and outside of time can and did make something out of nothing. It was His discretion to do so. They did not have as many words in the ancient Hebrew language during early biblical times. You may be looking into the Hebrew text and trying to extrapolate meaning with Strong's Concordance, but you are not even scratching the surface of the context of the wording. Next time take into consideration the true context of the word before rushing to conclusions my friend.

True... without faith, we are nothing...... with faith, we truly are the Children of God. That is why we need to walk in faith and build a relationship with Christ.

I think we can look at this in two ways

1. God created slowly (millions of Year) in order to let process take place for the earth to sustain life as it was in adams day. Then God created man - We see this in the evolution or gap theories or what many call an Old Age Theory

2. God created the heavens and the earth in an apparent "aged" state. in which life was immediately able to be created and spread through out the earth. This is the 6 day theory, where everything from water/land/plant/animal life/ the sun, the moon and the stars were all created at one time in that six day period. And Man was also created in this time period. God then rested on the 7th day.. This is called the young earth or young age theory..

I hold to number 2

I believe most if not all science through archeology, fossile record, and geology is explained by a massive great cataclysmic even we know as called noah's flood..
