that physical death is cessation of existence.
The atheist does not believe in God or the power of Christ's resurrection. The atheist has no hope.

Don't most annihilationists believe the soul sleeps until after the millennium, then are cast into the Lake of Fire where they are allegedly annihilated? As opposed to being annihilated at death?

Not true, paradise is in the 3rd heaven btw if you want to quash Trinitarians theology, this is the verse....below the earth was a place of death and gloom not paradise
The main proponents of annihilation that I know are Adventists, and that's what they teach.
