Just to point what Jesus was talking about in John 10, when He specifies the LAW:
(1) According to 10:34-35 (“I said, 'You are gods'”) is understood to refer to Israel at Sinai when it received the Torah (“to whom the word of God came,” 10:35).
(2) Implied in this understanding is the intimate link between holiness :: deathlessness :: godlikeness.
34 Jesus answered, “It is written in your own Law that God said, ‘You are gods.’
35 We know that what the scripture says is true forever; and God called those people gods, the people to whom his message was given.

This Proof that these Verses ^ specifically speaks about Moses and the People of Sinai + Psalms 82, is about Angels of God = how Kenneth Copeland and Paul Crouch used this term, being referred to one another as gods, or small gods, is not Scripturally accurate at all.
Have you read the statement from the producers? I have. I stand by my comments. And no, I was not perfect in my behaviour in the Navy, which is one reason why I did not rant and rave in condemnation. I'm a sinner saved by grace. And no, I don't believe that a rainbow flag is radical. If he/she whatever had interrupted production, started a demonstration or became violent, that is what I would describe as radical.
The thing that people still don't seem to understand or won't accept is The Chosen, Inc. is not a Christian ministry. Dallas Jenkins made this very clear: It's not a ministry, it's not a church, or even a non-profit. It's a publicly-traded, for-profit corporation. So all debate about whether an open homosexual should be allowed on the set of a Christian production has no relevance.
There are a few people at the top who are getting very rich off this show; namely, Dallas Jenkins, Derral Eves, and Mart Green (Hobby Lobby). Personally, I don't think any of these men are genuinely Christian; but that's just my opinion. They're using Christians like so many prosperity preachers and politicians use them.
The fact that so many people continue to say it's a Christian production just shows the level of self-deception or ignorance people have about it. Dallas Jenkins could probably come out and say he converted to Satanism and people would defend him.

This is funny as to know that all the chosen seasons that were made were only made when enough donations were given by people who wanted to see it made.
A publically traded company is self sustaining, and there to make prophet. It does nto ask for donations to produce what it wants to produce

Yeah, they are film makers who've done many other productions outside of Biblical Concepts. They have made films non Christian related.
This series only began as an idea, really more based upon how well it got accepted before it could actually begin full run production.
But the thing that draws people, besides just about every scene can be biblically found when you listen to the Scriptures used and it's giving us a POSSIBLE view of Jesus being Human.
We don't see the Human Side of Jesus in any related productions before this. We know Jesus is fully Human and fully God, but we have never researched the possibility of Jesus being actually ONE OF US.
That's the draw.
A better and More Unique Idea about looking at Jesus as a Human Being is what people want to see.
And this Series is designed to do just that.
We know it's 100% Entertainment with a TRUE Based Story about God in the Flesh.
Ain't no one thinking it's anything else.
But as it factually is, it is still bringing the LOST TO GOD.
The Scene in Mel Gibson's, Passion of the Christ, where Jesus makes a table and chairs and tells Mary, this will catch on in the future...[I saw it several times in Theater when this Scene happened EVERYONE began relating to it] is something I took away thinking Jesus was like me, had a great Sense of Humor.
The Chosen Series, gives me more with every episode. It's innocent, harmless, and it's also actually doing God's Business in Winning Souls.

I can't believe how hysterical people are getting over a simple tv show. But like I said, it was the same with the Shack. People were acting like they were part of the production crew. smh Don't understand it.
Interesting you should mention Satan, since Satan is part of their outreach and marketing strategy. It is a parody.
It makes Satan a little too likeable, not sure that is a good thing.
