anyways, i am in the same boat as the Disciples, they also worship Jesus as God:

When He appeared to them after the resurrection, they fell at His feet and worshipped Him (Matthew 28:9)

the Disciples were well aware of the First Commandment [Have no other gods before ME] but still worshiped Jesus as God!
oh boy, i found other idolaters like myself:

Paul eagerly awaited “the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13)

It's a religious word that Trinitarians use that is not found in the Bible.
I can concede one does not need to be a trinitarian as in "three separate persons" to be regenerated and a fellow believer.

I can also concede that the "trinity' is an extrapolated concept and not self-evident in scripture and Tertulian did a lot to shape this view of the Godhead in Christianity.

However, denying the divinity of Christ is not an option, in that you have deny what is quite clear in the testimony of scripture and the witness of Spirit of Christ which dwells in the believer.

God's logos became flesh when God caused Mary to conceive the human Messiah. God's plan came into being.
What is Spirit cannot become flesh. One is immaterial the other is material.

someone else will have to present what Paul said about Jesus because that post of mine 1303 and 1307 will be avoided at all costs.

When did the Logos begin to exist? Is it eternal? Is it God?

Yes, to those who believe the Bible, it does.

I believe the Bible.

To say Jesus was just a human being is heresy.
Was Peter a heretic?
Acts 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

Was Paul a heretic?
Rom 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

1 Tim 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
..or as the NRSV puts it:
1 Tim 2:5 For there is one God; there is also one mediator between God and humankind, Christ Jesus, himself human,

Was Jesus a heretic?
John 8:40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.

I don't know what you're dabbling in but it isn't Christianity.
I'm not dabbling in "orthodox" Christianity, but in biblical Christianity.

God's logos began to exist when God did, whenever that was. I believe God has always existed, so His will has always existed.

God's logos is God just as your logos is you.

a real Heretic denies that Jesus is the THE GREAT GOD AND SAVIOR, when the BIBLE spells it out in those very EXACT WORDS!

the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ

God's logos is God just as your logos is you.
This is contradictory. :eek:

God's logos is God just as your logos is you.
So how did Logos become flesh and dwell amongst us?

There are other ways to translate the verse:

[ASV] looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
[BRG] Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
[GNV] Looking for that blessed hope, and appearing of that glory of that mighty God, and of our Savior Jesus Christ.
[KJV] Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
[AKJV] looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
[TLB] looking forward to that wonderful time we’ve been expecting, when his glory shall be seen—the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.
[REV] while we wait for the blessed hope and appearing of our great God and Savior’s glory—Jesus Christ,

I Just used different wording for clarity, but I see you have no response.
You would like a response?

God did not become flesh, God was cloaked in a human body.
Your view contradicts the majority Trinitarian view. They do believe that God became flesh.

What verse in the Bible says "God was cloaked in a human body"?
