Sorry Lanolin, with the invention of the Internet people can now find info or garbage faster than ever before.
A library will be a thing of the past ... like a thing in a museum. I wonder if museums will be needed too?
they'll all be digital, and people will communicate using nothing but memes. :cautious:

i'm glad i'll be gone by then. one of my favorite things to do when i was younger was hop on the train and go down to the Met. once, they borrowed paintings and had a Vermeer exhibit!

ugh, now i'ma hear Joni Mitchell sing Those Were the Days all day.:ROFL:

I know what you mean. One of the kids that I'm training in industry told me the other day, 'Ive never sweated so much that it was running down my face like this!'

She's right out of high school.
clearly, she never followed exercise videos like The Firm. yikes! :D

books are still here
for people who prefer to read or look at books because we are tactile creatures. Children still need libraries and books. There are always new books being published.

people who just want info or garbage can go still go online. That will be great as it will keep the garbage out of libraries.

Yeah but the world wants everything NOW. Can you imagine kids going into libraries in a 100 years when they will have internet in their bodies?

forsaking Jesus, the lack of a Christian government, the "sissifying" of humanity, influence of corrupt politicking, selfishness, greed, laziness & overall forsaking of responsibility, reliability & accountability have diminished moral apptitude.

Are we the lucky generation? The ones who got it easy? And will leave a legacy of problems?
Climate change protestors usually come from a younger demograph . Younger people say they will never own their own home. Life is harder for them perhaps.
I dont feel lucky or Blessed. WWII messed my Dad up bad. I sometimes feel like I paid a bit for that war too. Im thankful because during my life it really was a Place where anyone could live "The American Dream". I lived it. I dont think any kid these days can have it. I think its not accessible anymore. Heads are too messed up by the Schools kicking God out. God was in school when I was there. Im just Thankful, and Sad for these kids.

We had other causes too and I am happy to have been a part of helping to make changes along the way that others behind us took for granted

I'd have to challenge you on "take out menus".

We STILL grab them at most of the restaurants we frequent. Many of the online menus are not easy to navigate, and very user unfriendly.

Boomer restaurants .... i'm guessing.
I have been to different beaches in the past few days and i (being a boomer) asked for a takeout menu but the 16 year old kids had no idea what i was talking about.
