The judge said as part of his conditions for release, Trump will not be able to: 1) Make direct or indirect threats against any potential witnesses; 2) This includes his 18 co-conspirators and the judge herself; 3) And it includes posts on social media or reposts of posts made by other individuals.

Will Trump be able to resist the temptation or will he be unable to help himself and end up in jail? If he doesn't violate these conditions, I'll personally be very surprised. Whether he ends up in jail though remains to be seen.

What constitutes a threat?

If Trump says that when he becomes president he will throw all those who are illegally prosecuting people for things protected by the bill of rights in jail, is that considered a threat?

If he says he plans on draining the swamp, would that be considered a threat?

If he says he will go after every single pedophile and child trafficker, would that be considered a threat?

If he says "as you have done it will be done unto you" will that be considered a threat?

Most likely what you are referring to is not what the judge had in mind. What she said is that the court will not tolerate any kind of obstruction of justice on Trump’s part.

The whole thing is a farce....and stupid.

Apparently the DA in the case broke federal laws somehow and motions for her arrest have been filed.

I don't know what exactly they think Trump did and I really don't care. It's the dumbest move of political revenge I've seen or this nation has ever seen. And where this is a move to basically tie up his entire election staff to keep them from operating it is basically working to promote him in the polls. The Republican debate was won by Trump and he wasn't even there. He still polls higher than the others do.

However.....
Trump polarizes and energizes the Democrats into voting as well. Moreso than Biden can. Which is not a recipe for success either.

Ramaswamy is not likeable or trustworthy....he comes across as a scammer wanting nothing more than the contents of your wallet. Pence was good but still low scoring in the polls. DeSantis has no smile that reaches his eyes. The others were not making great impressions either.

We'll see what comes out of the herd....

I think a more burning question is THIS:

Will RA be able to come up with yet ANOTHER Trump thread, while simultaneously claiming to remain apolitical and only interested in the Bible?

I really hate politics and am truly A-Political. Where I'm not ignorant on our government or the process....I still don't buy into the rhetoric.

Tucker Carlson is still trying to be relevant in American politics and influence this election. What gets me is that he regularly is spouting nothing but pure Russian propaganda like its his ideas....and nobody seems to notice or care. I'm scratching my head on this one. Sure his delivery is believable and seems to be genuine...but it doesn't make it any less outrageous.

Are American citizens this dumb? Maybe I'm thinking too highly of them. Obama got elected twice by speaking super slow and very simply. It never once was the content of his speeches that got him elected. (It was always dumb)

So I dunno....
But I also firmly believe that God sets up leaders or deposes them. Voting does not. Men run their election campaigns and scheme...but God chooses the winner.

Yeah, that's the standard Trump and FOX News line at least.
I've not watched or seen fox news in years.
I just don't. I see various headlines just about every day, check CNBC for financial news and check Twitter for news about Ukraine but otherwise....nope...don't care....
You might be up on Fox News....but it's unimportant in my life.

The news media has become rhetoric repeaters instead of news reporting. They are more entertainment than factual. Which is why I use the sources I do. Money doesn't lie or sleep and always tends to rule over the elite moreso than any law anywhere at anytime. Now where the financial news is usually full of glamor stocks....it's more easily fact checked than the bilge spewed by MSM.

I think saying he will "drain the swamp" will be considered an empty threat. I mean, he said that over and over again before and kept hiring crocodile after crocodile... I doubt anyone will take it as a legitimate threat.

They indicted lawyers for giving legal advice. I wouldn't put anything past them.

What a joke. Trump is being treated as a criminal while the real criminal Biden gets all the help he can to stay out of jail. To think that the justice system in America has been totally corrupted in order to prevent a patriot from becoming president shows how sick the whole government of the USA now is. All these so-called "judges" need to be removed from office.

Many even before Trump I’m sure are guilty of something but the Insurrection was too close to home though.

Do you realize that as often as it has been called an Insurrection, Trump has been indicted 4 times, but never for insurrection?

INSURRECTION? THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A REAL INSURRECTION WITH BIDEN ARRESTED AND LOCKED UP FOR FRAUD, THEFT, AND MANY OTHER CRIMES. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO REAL INSURRECTION. THAT WAS A FALSE FLAG OPERATION BY THE FBI, CIA, ETC SO THAT REAL PATRIOTS COULD BE LOCKED UP FOR 20 YEARS.

Confirmed: It Appears Former FBI DC Supervisor D’Antuono Was Lying to House Investigators About the Number of FBI Operatives Embedded in Crowds on January 6

Ray Epps bragged that he orchestrated the events in a text message, and he is caught on video in the center of the insurrection, telling people to go into the capitol and that they must go into the capitol. Two different proud boys were sentenced to 17 and 22 years, one of whom wasn't in DC and there was no evidence that he orchestrated anything. But Epps, with all the evidence is charged with a misdemeanor and gets no jail time? He needs to go to prison for insurrection for at least 22 years.

I see what you mean but IMO,he’s guilty of It they just didn’t want to complicate their case against him with all the other charges.
Click——->Why Jack Smith didn’t charge Trump with Insurrection<——Click
Prosecutors charge all they believe they can prove. If it wasn't charged, the prosecutor felt they had insufficient evidence to prove the charge. And forming an opinion is fine, but opinions should be informed by facts.

We ALL heard what Trump said out of his own mouth whether they charge him or not.

So...march peacefully means Insurrection? What do you believe he said that rises to the level of Insurrection?
