I'm very aware of that. I have problems with Protestant/evangelical organizations who condemn Catholics!!

I've been in and out of many Protestant and Evangelical Churches mostly because of their ISSUES with Catholics. I'm back at my old Church. I find people there to be far more committed to Christ than the Baptist, Nazarene, and Congregational churches I still attend. Ever hear of Alpha?

Some people in church call me harmonica-man instead. I'm a pretty good winger. I just don't destroy harmonicas like Marx does pianos. Cool video, thanks. I have blown out 27 of them in the last 5 years.

My Dad used to play. He would take requests.
For percussion he played the speed bag...he was a top boxer in the army. For the family he played the harmonica. Mom taught Sunday School at Saint Mary's.

I play in the Congregational Church occasionally and will be doing a great tune by the Piano Guys at Christ the King in about a month. I play all genres. I play in a Catholic band called Wandering Soles. Whatever the band wants me to play I play, a lot of fills and solos.

I never heard of the speed bag.

I tried boxing once. Never saw it coming until I woke up. Once was enough!

hello & welcome harpo. i hope you found a new outlet for Christian fun here. please understand if anyone speaks of the differences between being a born again Christian & a Catholic that it is not a bashing but a pleasant conversation between adults. so many people, quickly, automatically take a statement as defensive & or derisive. so i say calmly & lovingly, all Christians are indwelt with the Holy Spirit. the H.S. leads & teaches us into all truths. (John 16:13, 14:26). if you would care to & at your convenience, what do you think of verses 1st Timothy 2:5 & Colossians 3:17?

Welcome, harpo! My mom was an example of a devout catholic who was a born again believer. Not everyone who finds Christ leaves the catholic church. I've known a great many true believers who didn't leave that church.
