Biden has given Texas an ultimatum, if he doesn't do anything tomorrow he will be a joke, a punch line.

No other president in history has done more to cripple a country than the former senator from Delaware: devaluing the dollar, raising energy prices, forcing people to stay home, firing workers who showed up because they wouldn’t take a government-mandated experimental vaccine, causing massive instability in Ukraine through failed diplomacy, leaving thousands of men, women, and children behind in Afghanistan, who, because of his failed policy, now live under tyranny and death. Biden’s failure to protect Israel by doing business with Iran cannot be forgotten. His encouragement of sanctions of immoral health practices — even encouraging and supporting genital mutilation among “trans” youth — is criminal. Pandering to every progressive pipe dream, no matter the cost, including the inefficient desire to be carbon-neutral without any credible science or benefit to support his goals, is psychotic. All of this adds up to a country that has been mortally wounded, with blow after blow of egregious and sociopathic leadership. This is the legacy of the Biden presidency.

Governor Abbott spoke with Tucker Carlson and made it quite clear that he will not back down. He has already deployed his Texas law enforcement personnel to the border, and is also expecting the National Guards from other states to assist. What Biden and the Supreme Court want is a lawless border, and Texas will have no more of it. The sad fact is that Texas should have taken immediate action three years (or more) ago, and started deporting all illegals to Mexico rather than shipping them into the states. Now Mexico is taking action on the other side of Eagle Pass.

This is now more than just about flooding the country with illegals. It is about an actual invasion of the USA by hostile forces.

I think Abbott and his AG have a really good constitutional argument... I'm pretty sure the State's rights of self-defense, being legally derived directly from the Constitution, is greater than "statutes", "legislative acts", and "executive orders" on the federal level.

In order for SCOTUS to stop what Governor Abbott is doing; they will have to make a ruling that contradicts the Constitution... it would be one of the worst rulings in history; if not THE worst ruling in history. Such an "interpretation" of the Constitution would be a power-grab while being objectively wrong at the same time. Obergefell v. Hodges (universal gay "marriage" decision) is still a thing, though- so, it wouldn't be the first time the SCOTUS did something stupid.

Three phony Republicans -- Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, and Mitt Romney -- made sure that a woman who refused to define "woman" would corrupt the Supreme Court. Then another phony conservative -- Amy Coney Barrett -- helped Biden against the Constitution to challenge the right of Texas to protect itself. The decision was 5-4, when it could have been 4-5.

But the Texas Border Patrol Union will have none of it.

Really, you think Ketanji Brown Jackson was picked solely on the basis of her sex and color? I'm pretty sure her inability to define a woman and the fact that she was not a biologist played a key role seeing as she was going to have to rule on a number of key cases concerning women.

Realizing that if you are not a biologist you are not qualified to know the definition of a woman is the kind of submissive kowtowing to your betters that the deep state requires. That is the kind of credentials that very few black women have.

The decision actually helps Biden a lot less than the media would like us to believe. The Justices didn't provide the basis for their decisions because it was an emergency measure. But the decision doesn't provide for the Border Patrol to indiscriminately demolish barriers and cut down fences. It really only allows them to do so when duty calls for it (for example- saving the life of a person trapped in the wire). If Border Patrol came to your land and started knocking down walls for no reason- you could still sue the crap out of Border Patrol.

The argument that the leftists are trying to make is that the barriers inherently obstruct Border Patrol's duties in general (which is retarded... that's like saying that normal traffic obstructs paramedics in their ambulances; therefore, we should get rid of all non-ambulance traffic on public roads); this is the nonsense that Border Patrol is having none of- they aren't going to be used as Joe Biden's personal wall-removal labor force.

He makes a very interesting point 20 minutes in that the border crisis is not the same in Texas as it is in Arizona and California. For some reason the border crisis with the illegal migration is focused on the Texas border. He is suggesting that this is intentional to the Feds to destroy Texas. But here is the beautiful point, if Texas shuts down their border, those cartel members will move to Az and Ca, and soon just like NY and Chicago they will be crying out that they can't take anymore.

"The next logical step"? More like the giant leap into the abyss. I would say that as it becomes clearer and clearer that Trump will win and Biden will lose your choices for the next logical step narrows down. Probably Biden is removed, then perhaps Michelle or Gavin steps in, if that is not going to work then it will force a civil war. However, everyone has a plan until you get punched in the nose. It is possible that we'll jump rapidly from removing Biden to installing Trump (if WW3 and a black swan event demands we have to have a strong commander in chief immediately).
