Saved by Christ's faith, not ours. His faith alone brought salvation, ours comes from His faith.
Christ's faith is imputed to those whom He has chosen for salvation and given to them when they become born-again.

[Rom 1:17 KJV] 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

[Rom 4:9 KJV] 9 [Cometh] this blessedness then upon the circumcision [only], or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.

[Gal 5:22 KJV] 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Look at verse 13. It completes the thought of verse 12.

[Jhn 1:13 KJV] 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
lol

God dad faith up to the cross.

He demands you trust him to reci8eve his salvation.

Why do you think you are so special that God chose you?

Jesus died to pay the penalty for all the sins committed by everyone. He is the ultimate sacrifice demanded by God. Anyone who desires to be saved must accept that sacrifice done on her/his behalf. No matter how "righteous" a person may be, s/he cannot be saved by their own merits.
Nowhere in scripture is it written that Jesus shed His blood for the nonelect.

All of the nonelct do go to hell; God hates the nonelect.
If you want a God of hate,

feel free

The God of the universe is a God of love who died for his enemy.. He does not pick and chose. His will is that all who see and believe will be saved.

His words. not mine

Did you see my Post #130?

[quoting that post here]

[and said...]

Genesis 25:23 -
and He declared to her: Two nations are in your womb [i.e. "before they were BORN / being not yet born" ;) (<--Rom9's wording)], and two peoples from within you will be separated; one people will be stronger than the other, and the older will serve the younger.”

[He had/has a specific purpose for the one..., right. (meaning, the one / one nation / one people ^ )]

[end quoting from Post #130]

____________

"IN YOUR WOMB / BEFORE they were BORN / being NOT YET BORN" was the "WHEN" (of Rom9)]
The two nations are the spiritual nations, not earthly nations - the nation of the saved and the nation of the unsaved.

[Gal 4:22-26 KJV]
22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
23 But he [who was] of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman [was] by promise.
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.
25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

No, not about Israel. Do you see "children" in Romans 9:8; and in 9:16 "him that willeth nor him that runneth"?

[Rom 9:8 KJV]

8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these [are] not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

[Rom 9:16 KJV]
16 So then [it is] not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
Yes

He answered 2 questions about God, Did he make a mistake choosing Israel

1. It is not children of the flesh that makes them saved, but shildren of the promise
2. God did not chose them because they wanted it or because they wre great. He chose them based on HIS plan. and HIS timing

Its about God chosing Israel.. all three chapters

By that, it sounds like they saved themselves.

The hearing is spiritual hearing, not human hearing. In order to be able to hear spiritually, one must first be saved and
born-again, from which, they receive spiritual hearing.
Hod did they save themselves. Go ahead and explain to me how a person who is lost. Unable to save themselves. and in a desperate situation who stops trying to save themself and sits still doing nothing, and tells his rescuer to place save them saved themself.

Nowhere in scripture is it written that Jesus shed His blood for the nonelect.
So according to you, Jesus' sacrifice to pay the ultimate price for sin applies only to some people?

Here is what the Bible clearly says: 1 John 2:2, "He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world."

No. God divorced Israel, He will not, and He cannot, choose them. It is allegory.
The children who are of the promise transcends all earthly nations.

John 3:5
Jesus answered: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

John 3:20
For every one that doth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, that his works may not be reproved.

John 3:21
But he that doth truth, cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, because they are done in God.
