That's only the tip of the iceberg. Read this:
Mexican Military Incursions On US Soil Worry Border Agents
https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/mexican-military-incursions-us-soil-worry-border-agents

On one hand they "worry" and on the other hand "We try to play nice with them, because for the most part they’re the same with us.”
Yea well things like this have took place before but by the time it's on the regular news it's usually far less dramatic (they patrol both sides and at times find themselves a little to far north or south).

Your right about what your telling N6, in Loving county and Polk county Texas(several others but I cant remember which was in the news, lol) they actually counted more votes than they have registered voters(Red votes)...

That's how they'll have to do it now since the democrats are doing this

Unless everyone wants to have a civil war

You haven't figured out "why" they needed boxes after boxes of secrets then...

That is actually the option which no one is talking about (but it is bubbling benath the surface). The country is divided right down the middle, and the government is at war with the people who refuse to support it.

Now if Putin drops a bomb on Washington DC (which he has promised to do if the West pushes him too far) then the issue will be resolved automatically. Putin has warned Washington, London, Berlin, and Kiev, but will probably include Paris after all the foolish talk from Macron. And he is talking about nuclear weapons.

I know why the democrats needed boxes and boxes of secrets. Those were fake ballots.

If repubs are going to win election, they are going to have to cheat like the democrats are cheating.

That elections will be won by whoever cheats the best

That might not be all bad.

It would be sad to see all those people die, but at that point the red states could leave the union and start our own country - the Conservative States of America

So now the Supreme Court is encouraging lawlessness and anarchy. They should all be impeached for this treason. And Texas should simply ignore SCOTUS since it is doing what is lawful, legitimate, and constitutional. So let's see if Abbott and his government have the guts to ignore SCOTUS. It is high time that someone stood up to this lawlessness and anarchy. Now Ketaniji Brown Jackson wants to kill to first amendment in order to support government tyranny. The Supreme Court itself is systematically shredding the Constitution.

That's only until the case is heard by SCOTUS

Since there are federal laws on the books requiring the fed to control the boarder and they are not doing so, ultimately they cannot rule against Texas who wants to act in agreement with existing federal law that the fed refuses to enforce.

Texas will win in the end and other states will be passing law like Texas has, not to mention there are other ways to make things very hard on illegal immigrants in their state which will encourage illegal immigrants to move on to blue states which is what red states want.

There is no need to wait for this fiasco. Texas should simply go head and do what is right.

Although even this is too little and too late. Texas had almost 200 years to address the issues of Mexican, cartel, and migrant invasion. And even after Trump talked about building a wall (2016), Texas could have built a real wall (not a fence that does nothing, so they resorted to razor wire). That is eight years to build a proper wall. Since the federal governments were doing nothing (or sabotaging Trump) that would have been the proper solution.

Yeah, it's all Texas' fault. If it weren't for Texas there would be no border crisis

Lot more moving parts here that you understand as states can't just oppose the fed at will.

Texas doesn't have billions and billions to spare to build the wall for one that they should not have to pay for in the first place. Even if they did the courts would rule against them

But Trump had the funding and I did refer to his objective to build the wall. "As of December 2020, the total funding given for new fencing was about $15 billion (~$16.8 billion in 2022), a third of which had been given by Congress while Trump had ordered the rest taken from the military budget." Texas did not have to go with useless fencing either, neither did Trump.

As far as the courts are concerned, since they are practicing lawlessness themselves (corrupt judges making corrupt rulings daily throughout the USA), they do not have any more authority in national security issues. The highest court in the land is supporting lawlessness at the border. What more do you want?

Actually from what I'm seeing in the Texas news the SCOTUS just permitted SB4 to take effect "for now" as they worded it.

So now SCOTUS has realized the error of their ways. This is breaking news and just as well that SCOTUS made this decision.
BREAKING: In Major Blow to Biden Regime, Supreme Court Allows Texas to Enforce Immigration Law That Gives Police Power to Arrest Illegals
The Supreme Court’s conservative majority rejected an emergency application by the Biden Regime requesting the high court block Texas’ immigration law.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/03/breaking-major-blow-biden-regime-supreme-court-allows/

Until the lawless Biden regime took over, no president ever approached the Supreme Court to break existing laws. But what do Biden and his thugs care? For them laws exist to be ignored or violated. Once you commit major election fraud, the sky's the limit.

From what I see in other news the "for now" part is to see if Texas racially profiles or if they apply this to every race.

It will be based on whether a person has a driver's license or state issued ID card.

Those that do not will have to be taken in to custody regardless of their skin color. Very simple.

SCOTUS should simply stay out of this altogether. They have done enough damage as it is. Does anyone know how many illegals escaped arrest because of interference by the Supreme Court and other courts? Does anyone know how many criminals were involved? Does anyone know what it will cost taxpayers to give these intruders royal treatment for the sake of the Democrat votes? SB4 was signed in December, and should have gone into effect immediately. That is four months of negligence promoted by the courts.

So back when we discussed this on page #8 did you miss where the two links I gave you in post #157 and #159 are not my opinion but instead were the actual pages from "Texas.Gov." where the state of Texas is explaining the documents they require? I'm asking because your still thinking your Drivers license or ID is going to work when they explain that it wont on their site.
