DESPERATELY NEED PRAYER

I'm ready to give up, I can't take it anymore. I can't find a place to live b/c I am regularly discriminated against for being on disability (this by some "Christian" people mind you, as happened today). I have MDD due to past childhood sexual abuse. I am stressed anxious and worried. I am lonely and alone, my so called "friends" are more interested in their boyfriends than me, I have no one. I had a job interview and didn't get the job. I have no idea what I want to do or even where I want to live, I am worried about the stress this is having on me, I desperately NEED PRAYER! PLEASE HELP ME! To top it all off my beautiful cat friend seems to have had its vocal cords removed by a cruel owner and I am distressed b/c of that, I can't think or pray, I can barely write. I feel like my life is coming to an end and no one, not even God, cares anymore. Help.

hey girl. When one is depressed, it is easy to think that no one cares, even if they do.
I am sorry you feel that way, but most poeple DO spend much time with their boyfriends, it don't mean that they dont wanna be with you, but they cant split in two.

Continue being social. Try stopping the bad thoughts as soon as you feel them coming.

Dear Dear Priestessblue,

My heart feels your pain in every word! I am on disability, and have felt stressed, worried, alone with no one to help, unable to pray,and God has seemed a million miles away, too. The enemy wants nothing more than to seperate you from God!

God wants to speak love and encouragement to your heart from His! When all forsake us it drives us to Him, and to His word is just where He can speak to your heart from His very own heart, and minister His tender love and encouragement to your spirit. I finally went to my Concordance in the back of my Bible and looked up every scripture I could find that spoke personally to me of His encouragement and great love for me. I wrote them down, one after the other, and read them every day, sometimes more if I needed it. It took time for this to penetrate my heart and spirit, but though I felt far away, I kept doing this day after day. Nothing can stand against Gods word! NOTHING! I took in each scripture just asif it were a vitamin pill for my spirit. His word is alive and living and healing . His word is alive and healing to your heart, your spirit, and even the thoughts you think and the feelings you feel. His word gets into your mind and replaces what the enemy plants. God so wants to cradle you in His arms and let you know He loves YOU personally. He is waiting for you. He so desires to speak you. He wants to speak love to your heart. He even rejoices over you with singing RIGHT NOW, at this moment even when you feel so far away!

Loving and gracious and merciful Lord,

I lift up Priestessblue to your throne. Let her know You are close to her brokenheart,and You will save her crushed spirit. Be a shield around her against the enemy. Let her know that You hear the desire of the afflicted, You encourage them and listen to their cry (PS 10:17) Let her know that You will do what this word says for her, because kind and loving Father, YOU SAID Your word will not return to You void, it WILL accomplish what it says! Speak softly words of love and comfort to her heart about that sweet cat. Thank You that not even a sparrow falls to the ground without You knowing, and that You showed Your tender heart toward the animals you created for us to care for, in the illustration Samuel told David about the lamb that a man loved so much and was so precious to him that even ate from his table, and it was taken away and slaughtered. I speak love and comfort to her tender heart that she shows in her care for your creation, Lord. Encourage her, show her your love for her, heal her heart, calm her spirit, and take away her worry, and meet her needs.
In the authoity of the name above all names, the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the power of the blood he shed on the cross I pray. Amen.

#2 Worrying is just an easy way of telling God that you do not trust him
#3, I know you trust God, just give him everything.. give it to him. Relax and KNOW that the problems are in Gods control now.

Oh hun I know what you are feeling and you can make it through! Just find a good christian music station and listen to it. Be patient and longsuffering and God will pick you up again. Be dependent on him for your help and remember that he has awesome plans for your life. This is only the storm before the sunshine.

Dear child of GOD. The kingdom of heaven is granted to the meek, to the lowly in spirit. The Lord humbles us all for He seeks to make us new. Before a new eternal house can be built this old and tattered home must be destroyed to its core. Then and only then can a new foundation be built. In the Lord Jesus Christ. Too often we see our broken lives and we try to add Christ and we wonder why things get worse. It's because Jesus is the foundation, but how can a foundation go on the roof? So likewise your life must first be torn down. But fear not, and trust in the Lord. There is lesson upon lesson here, when our friends desert us, it is so that we know in the Lord alone can we trust to never abandon us. Do not fear the troubles of this world. For just like a rollercoaster ride, there are turns, flips and jolts that will bring your stomach to your toes, but rest assured dear child of God- IT WILL END. This life on this broken and blinded world is only temporary and the Lord is with you. He is the peaceful blanket that decends upon your chest when you trust in the Lord and utter these words "Jesus help me" Think upon the apostles, that when they knew they had the Lord they were imprisoned, beaten and ultimately murdered and never ceasing praises from their mouths. In one instance Paul was in jail, they praised God and God shook the jail to where all of the chains flew off and the doors opened and when the overseer of the Roman prison saw what had been done he went to kill himself due to the escape of the prisoners, and Paul said "do not harm yourself, for we are still here, every one of us" Look at that faith!! at that peace!! it wasn't the prison that held them, but the Love of Christ that come chains or prison cells nothing could separate them from their purpose in the Lord Jesus Christ. Priestess, I'm praying for you. I am also on disability, but disability is helping me to find a low-income apartment. Have you tried going to the housing authority? Here in West Virginia we have housing authority, where they place you in low-income housing and charge you only 30% of your income. My heart goes out to you, because while I have a place to live, the rent is getting to high for me to afford. So I, too, am looking for a place to live. But I have already put in my application and I'm waiting.

I'm praying for your cat, but don't distress because Charlie can't meow. There could be something else wrong other than abuse. Unless you see phyiscal evidence of that. I also have a cat, and love him very much. I've had him for three years. When you're stressed, talk to your cat and pet it. You'll be amazed at how much that will calm you. It's good that you have an animal.

May God bless you mightedly! And don't worry. Jesus commands us not to worry. Remember Jospeh? He was sold into slavery -- God delivered him from that. He was thrown into prison -- God delivered him from that. No matter how hopeless things may seem, God can turn it around, and overnight too! Keep heart. Trust God. He will bring it to pass.
