Jesus said people can HEAR and reject. So get over your false doctrine.

16 “The one who hears you hears me, and the one who rejects you rejects me, and the one who rejects me rejects him who sent me.”

48 The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.

The one who rejects me and does not receive my words <--- you can't reject unless you can first HEAR what to reject.
They hear but with human hearing. Without spiritual hearing they are unable to gain spiritual discernment. That is why they reject Him.
You are confusing human hearing with spiritual hearing. You do not realize there is a distinction and difference between the two.
Those who reject Him do so because they have only human hearing.

But the DEAD who hear will always reject. It's in their spiritual DNA. Only God's elect CAN receive spiritual truth.

Why stop there? Why not claim the process of labour began with the creation of the world? WE were discussing labour, not gestation.
Because the process takes place in temporal reality; whereas the decree took place in eternity. The latter guaranteed that the former would occur.

When a Christian hears God tell them to give money to the poor and they refuse to do it they have done the same thing but heard with spiritual ears and rejected God.

You clearly don't know the difference.

Show me a biblical text where my definition does not apply: where a saviour does not rescue people from harm that they could not deliver themselves on their own.
Judges 3:15 calls Ehud a saviour (Greek: sOtEr).
Ehud saved the Israelites, but they contributed something to their salvation from the Moabites..
So...the people of God are able to take part in their deliverance. But when God used Moses, the people were told to be still to be delivered.
What about those who were raised from the dead? Did they contribute to their resurrection?
In your example, Ehud did the work of deliverance, and after called for a response from the people. This is the pattern in scripture. In Acts 2, God sends a messenger who employs the word, circumcises the hearts of some and calls for a response that evidences faith.
In your example, faith was evidenced by them fighting the enemy. With Moses, faith was exercised by being still. In Acts 2, faith was exercised by repentance and baptism.

There is no righteous man on earth who never sins (Ecc 7:20).

And we were talking about receiving gospel truth, were we not? The dead will never receive that truth until they are raised from their spiritual tombs.

There's sinning and then there is rejecting God on purpose. That is what hearing from God and not doing as He wants you to do is.

You don't hear God ever...doesn't sound like not listening.
If they are hearing then why are they not doing?
I pray it's because of not listening especially when on here claiming to be a Christian.
But then again, some think WORKS is ungodly even though most of the times God speaks to us is to do works.
Either way, it's a demonstration of who they really serve.

God says that we should do nothing through strife or vain glory, but in lowliness of mind esteem other better than themselves. Was your response sinning or rejecting God on purpose?

Yet, when God says to do this you going to reject Him over you thinking it's vain?

The Bible says in many places feed the hungry, give to the poor, help the widowed.

But I will remember next time getting a burger and see someone begging and get this thought buy one for him that I will tell God, no can do, Cameron says it's in vain if I do it.

They are lazy and want to please the devil.
