Not neccessarily, this is just the story they promote to try to pander to their own, it comes from a claim that Jezebela's grandmother was black, but there is not actually evidence for this and it has been stated that her grandmother was a hindu house servant. It might be that her parents in immigrating to and visiting America in the 1960s and 1970s merely came up with the story because they aligned themselves with black racial groups of that time era. In essence they identified with the black movements of that time era while not being actually black.
