Overcoming a sin problem isn't by focusing on the sin, but Jesus and His Word. Confess the sin.. yea.. but trying to fight it by your will power will always end in either inflating yourself because you overcome it yourself .. which is sin anyway.. or being in despair because you can't brake it.

It's always focusing on Jesus and the solution through His Word.

We see this a LOT in divorced couples with children the most.

The parent with conditional love gets the favor of the children.

This send me, I see as Son, Jesus, said this< so everyone could be saved, those that sincerely believe God just loves them.

it is as if, I had two children, me as the Father of the two children. i get told, one gets to live the other has to die. I have to choose< which one lives and which one dies, and I love both children., I choose send me instead, I will die in their place!
i know by this I am seeing the heart of God in not wanting anyone to die. So, Son took the place of us all. To give new life to all that sincerely believe God in risen Son for them. God waiting for the next person to believe God personally that Son is risen for them to walk new< not of self any longer under Law, which is what keeps people sinning, how y’all doing? Under Law

okay as we each read, hear, listen, I have seen so many times, until I saw no I did not see and that is still the case, because God knows, and God loves us all I believe God and that settles it for me in thanksgiving and praise
God took all sin out of the way at the cross for me and everyone else too, not all see this yet, by Son's done work in his shed blood, it is done finished for us as reconciled, are we not?
That is done, I am forgiven by God forever, so is everyone else by God through Son, from God, thanks to Son Jesus, wow woe is me, thanking God daily
Amazing grace given that no first born flesh can fathom. one has to be born again, new in God's Spirit and Truth to see the freedom given them to be them. No one was born a sinner. Everyone was/is born with the knowledge of good and evil, to choose one or the other.
This world promotes evil. That is how people gain control over people is by evil. No one is freed when, talking about evil. Evil gets evil. It is oh yeah, yes Jesus died for you too, BUTT the billy goat steps in, wondering who can that be, can it be evil?
God gets good, and God is the one and only one good. you have a great day as we each go through life making our choices to believe God in this love and mercy through Son or not, and allow others to be free also or not
