Convincing them is not my job, but pointing out the scriptures to those reading along I pray helps a little. :)
You are always pointing out the letter of the law.

You will quote, you will point out Exodus 20 many times over.

All the readers recognize Exodus 20 as the law and as the letter of the law also.

How can Exodus 20 be anything but the book of the law?

Your church is named after one letter of the law.

You live, eat, and breathe, the letter of the law.

There is no difference between the letter of the law that is spoken or written with a finger.

It's all the same and it's called the letter of the law.

in many places in the bible it is said God himself gave the law to Moses not by his angels;
Exodus 31:18:
"And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God."
Acts 7:52,53
Acts 7:37,38

Given by God but mediated by angels:

“The Lord came from Sinai,
And dawned on them from Seir;
He shone forth from Mount Paran,
And He came with ten thousands of saints;
From His right hand
Came a fiery law for them.”

Elsewhere ”saints“ is written as “angels”.

The Hand of the King is not really the king’s hand: he simply represents the king completely.

“18 And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.”

Does this mean God’s holy phalange? No, God is spirit. An angel completed the work. Nevertheless, God gave the order.
That was Jesus who did the writing:

[Exo 31:18 KJV] 18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.

[Deu 9:10 KJV] 10 And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them [was written] according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

[Exo 32:16 KJV] 16 And the tables [were] the work of God, and the writing [was] the writing of God, graven upon the tables.

Oh by the way, I do believe we were made in GOD's image so I do believe GOD has fingers, and was here himself to give the commandments. I also believe of the great importance GOD places on the commandments, having them repeated and spoken of constantly throughout the Bible and had Moses place these commandments in the ark of the Covenant that stands in the presence of GOD in his temple;

Rev 11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Exo 19:18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

We had one Sabbatarian try to tell us we were breaking a commandment to worship God on
Sunday. Of course when blatant lies like that are pointed out to them, they refuse to fess up.
It is difficult to comprehend that gathering to beak the bread on any day, could be
breaking a commandment. When the scripture is clear on which day matters.

Acts 2:42
They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship,
to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

Acts 2:46
Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house,
they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart.

Let Chat GPT straighten them out.

1. Biblical Evidence
The New Testament provides some indications that the early Christians gathered on the first day of the week:

  • Acts 20:7:
"On the first day of the week we came together to break bread."
This verse suggests that believers gathered for fellowship and the breaking of bread (likely the Lord's Supper) on the first day of the week.
  • 1 Corinthians 16:2:
"On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made."
Paul instructs the Corinthians to set aside their offerings on the first day of the week, possibly indicating a regular gathering.
  • John 20:19 and John 20:26:
Jesus appeared to the disciples after His resurrection on the first day of the week. This resurrection day might have influenced early Christian gatherings.
2. Early Church Letters and Writings
Writings from the post-apostolic period also indicate Sunday worship:

  • Didache (c. AD 50–100):
While not explicit about Sunday worship, this early Christian manual hints at regular community gatherings.
  • Ignatius of Antioch (early 2nd century):
In his letter to the Magnesians, Ignatius contrasts the "Sabbath" with the "Lord’s Day," urging Christians to no longer live by Jewish customs but to gather on the Lord's Day.
  • Justin Martyr (c. AD 150):
In First Apology (Chapter 67), Justin describes Christians assembling on "the day called Sunday" to read the Scriptures, pray, and partake in the Eucharist. He emphasizes that Sunday was chosen because it was the day of Christ’s resurrection and the first day of creation.
3. Church Tradition
Sunday as the primary day of Christian worship quickly became widespread:

  • Early Christians viewed Sunday, the day of Christ’s resurrection, as a fulfillment of the Jewish Sabbath and as the "eighth day," symbolizing new creation.
  • The transition from the Sabbath (Saturday) to the "Lord's Day" (Sunday) likely reflects a theological shift centered on the resurrection rather than adherence to Jewish law.
4. Church Councils
Later church councils affirmed Sunday worship:

  • Council of Laodicea (c. AD 363–364):
Canon 29 states, "Christians must not Judaize by resting on the Sabbath, but must work on that day, rather honoring the Lord's Day; and, if they can, resting then as Christians." This reflects the normative practice of Sunday worship.
  • The Council of Nicaea (AD 325) indirectly affirmed Sunday observance by aligning it with the celebration of Easter on a Sunday.

Yes, God gave the Ten Commandments, written by the finger of God, which is the Holy Spirit.

Luke 11:20 But if I cast out demons with the finger of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.
Matthew 12:28 But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.

The Spirit of Truth, never becomes the Spirit of untruth

Why all of God's commandments are Truth Psa 119:151

1 John 2:4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

The only reason people object to the Ten Commandments is because of the Sabbath commandment. The devil really does not want man to have God's blessing and sanctification. The Sabbath is a reminder that God is the one who created heaven and earth Exo 20:11 and the devil hates that he is a created being.

God wrote part of the law and Moses wrote the rest
They were two separate laws:
The Ten Commandments

Written by Jesus:

Placed inside the ark:
[Deu 10:4-5 KJV] 4 And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me. 5 And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me.

Written by Moses and placed in the side of the ark as a witness against the people:
[Deu 31:24-26 KJV] 24 And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished, 25 That Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, saying, 26 Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.

Do you take all the untruths you tell into consideration under the heading of being a liar?

Probably not.

No scriptural evidence for this. Wishful thinking born of desperation
Why didn’t you post the entire reply?
Here it is

They were two separate laws:
The Ten Commandments

Written by Jesus:
[Exo 31:18 KJV] 18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.

The truth is that the angel of the Lord spoke to Moses shown below.

Exodus 3:2
Then the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a blazing fire from the midst of a bush; and he looked,
and behold, the bush was burning with fire, yet the bush was not being consumed.

This same angel first spoke the law to Moses and Israel.

Exodus 20:1-2
Then God spoke all these words, saying;
I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt...

Two points here, God spoke through the angel of the Lord and the angel spoke the ten
commandments to Moses first. The tablets of stone came later.

Jesus was not incarnate at Mt Sinai or at the burning bush.

So Paul is correct in that it was the angel of the Lord which is Christ.

Why didn’t you post the entire reply?
Because I was replying to your statement, not the scripture you posted, which are not evidence that there are 2 laws. There was one law and the 10 commandments were part of it. The stone tablets were not for the people; they never saw them. They were hidden away in the ark in the hoiy of holies as a witness against Israel. The law on the scroll was their law to know and follow

I find it strange people think SDA's own the Sabbath when God claimed it as His holy Sabbath day, made for human beings, not Jew or SDA's.
Some need someone to hate. It's that sad and simple.

If they're not assailing those they accuse of being SDA it's the accusation someone is a Calvinist. Then there's the anti-Semites who dis the Jews either directly as when some on Christian forums around the Net in effect said they deserved the October Hamas terror strike.

Some even agreed with the U.S campus occupations by terror sponsors of Hamas.
Those campus' should have flown those idiots to Gaza. Especially the "queers for Hamas" bunch.

The only thing that changed was the placement- God's law when from tables of stone to tablet written in the heart. Not something far off, but placed inside right where sin begins in the heart. Now, we have God doing if we cooperate with Him through love and faith Heb 8:10 John 14:15-18
