- The PREMPTIVE PARDON's are all for OPTICS!!! Further EXPOSING the Depth of the DS CORRUPTION!!!
1) all of these PERSON's on the PREMPTIVE PARDON List are now going to be VETTED via the Court of Pubic Opinion - serving to only further WAKE MORE and MORE People up to the DS!!!

U.S. Senator-elect Adam Schiff has fallen under scrutiny after his past remarks about President-elect Donald Trump came back into the spotlight, especially concerning Trump’s possible pardons for his family members. In a 2018 interview, Schiff claimed that if Trump pardoned anyone involved in an investigation where he was a witness, it could constitute obstruction of justice.
Schiff said, “In the event that the president pardons anyone in an investigation in which the president is a witness, the subject, or the target, those investigative files would all be turned over to the Congress. The Congress ought to know whether the president is using the pardon power to obstruct justice. The American people have a right to know.”
He added, “I think it is clearly constitutional. It doesn’t prevent him from granting a pardon, even a pardon he shouldn’t grant, but it does say that we will be able to at least find out whether the president is using this power to shield himself.”
The video has come to light following President Joe Biden’s highly controversial pardon of his son, Hunter Biden. Critics have labeled the move a historic example of political favoritism.
The pardon covers Hunter’s felony convictions and any crimes committed between January 2014 and December 2024, raising questions about Biden’s credibility after his repeated denials of plans to pardon Hunter.
Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley stated, “The pardon-and-apology approach might appeal to Biden not only as an effort to convert vice into virtue but to justify his withdrawal from the election as a selfless act.”
Turley added, “The pardon power was written in absolute terms, and a president can even, in my view, pardon himself. However, what is constitutional is not necessarily ethical or right.”
Turley stated, “This is one of the most disgraceful pardons even in the checkered history of presidential pardons.”
The decision comes amid years of allegations surrounding Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, which reportedly involved millions in payments, luxury gifts, and questionable loans. Evidence, including photos and records, contradicts Biden’s claims of ignorance about his son’s activities.

The VA is known to be hugely flawed with in efficiency and in effectiveness in support of Vets in need…
Between DOGE and him I think the VA is due for an overhaul towards more Efficiency in support of Veterans…
Translates to pursue optimal support for veterans benefits, with optimal VA staff and minimum turn around time for the Veteran customers…
The VA, like lots of other government organizations, is bloated with old antiquated IT systems and infrastructure as well as too many employees that are simply time wasters … too many government employees are taking advantage of telework and abusing this privilege with suboptimal productivity…
I can tell you that both DoD and the VA in the NCR need to get back to work and focus on improving productivity…

So; apparently Ramaswamy didn't come out against VA funding specifically; but the VA is funded partially from a category of "unauthorized programs" that Ramaswamy said should be cut. In a round-about way; he's right, because continuing to fund expired program legislation, I would liken that to the "continuing resolution" style of government that is hated so much. But simply cutting the funding isn't really the answer either; even with the problems at the VA.
Of course the media isn't going to do DOGE any justice... perhaps they have a plan that will reduce spending without massive cuts in services/benefits; but that isn't clear. I definitely agree that people could probably take their butts to work and actually show up at a facility.

Police officers in Pennsylvania immediately recognized UnitedHealthcare CEO murder suspect in the back of a local McDonald's.
In a press conference on Monday evening, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro hailed Altoona Police Officer Tyler Frye as a hero for his swift action in recognizing Luigi Mangione, 26.
"I want to say a special thanks to Officer Tyler Frye of the Altoona Police Department. Officer Frye was about six months into his time serving his fellow people here in Pennsylvania, and he acted swiftly," Shapiro said.
"He acted with smarts, and he acted with calm. You know, safety often turns on the strength of the relationship between the community and law enforcement," he said. "We have that strong relationship here in Altoona, and it was proven here today."
Mangione, the suspect in the shooting death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, started shaking when police in Altoona, Pennsylvania approached him Monday at a McDonald's, court documents revealed.
He was wearing a blue medical mask and was looking at a silver laptop computer when officers approached him at the fast-food chain, court documents say.
Officers asked Mangione to pull down his mask and officers immediately recognized him as the suspect wanted for Thompson's murder in NYC. Officers had seen photos of the suspect from media sources, court documents say.
Mangione gave officers a fake ID with the name Mark Rosario - police ran the ID and determined it to be fake. Officers then asked Mangione why he lied.
He replied, "I clearly shouldn't have," according to court documents. Mangione was then placed into custody.
Officers found a black 3D-printed pistol and a black silencer in Mangione's backpack, court documents say. The pistol had a metal slide and a plastic handle with a metal threaded barrel.
The pistol had one loaded Glock magazine with six nine-millimeter full metal jacket rounds, documents said. Police said the silencer was also 3D printed.
Mangione has been charged in Pennsylvania with several crimes, according to court documents.
He was charged with forgery, firearms not to be carried without a license, tampering with records or identification, possessing instruments of a crime and false identification to law enforcement authorities, according to a police criminal complaint.
