“and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:2-4‬ ‭

He died for those he loved

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
‭‭John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

As for me, I'm already doing it! I'm looking past this current "millennial" reign to the Day of the Lord, as Peter instructed (2Pet 3:14).
There is no current millennial reign going on now.
If so?
Get yourself on a plane and get to Jerusalem to see the Lord sitting on His Throne!

He's already sitting on his throne reigning in heaven at the right hand of the Father. That ship sailed a long time ago. You snooze, you lose.

The Millennium is not for the Church.

It's a period of time allotted for the last days of this earth as we know it.
It will be 1000 years of perfect environment. with the Jews re-established as God's leader people.
Satan will be locked up during those years.

As for most of us?
Those who will not qualify to reign with Christ?
We the Church will have our home in Heaven during that time.

The Only Christians to have a part in the Millennium will be those who were faithful to the Word and God while they walked the earth.
Most Christians will have no part in the Millennium. They will be denied the right to reign with the Lord for those 1000 years.
For Jesus said... "Only a few will find it."

And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him,
I will give power over the nations—
‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron;
They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’—
As I also have received from My Father."
Revelation 2:26-27

The Millennium will not be a good time for anyone wanting to promote false teachings.
They will be smashed, only leaving their shoes behind.
As for now?
They may only get banned from a forum (if they go too far).

They may think so.
God is not letting anyone get away with anything.
Hearts are now being revealed.....
For actions must precede judgment.

Great....

Thank you, Rufus.
You may now sit down.

.....
I have been sitting down for many moons now, reigning with Christ. Conversely, you have been busy spreading misinformation and disinformation about the gospel, probably even exalting your "good" teachers above God's throne!

Said, Count Chocula. :giggle:
Well...if you read to Jn 3:17, the passage goes on to say that the world God so loved, He sent his Son into to it to save the world. So...to be consistent (which you free willers never are!) , then since you say that God loves each and every person in the world, then v.17 MUST also be teaching that God also saves each and every person in the world that he loves so dearly.

But, in the Millennium?

Faithful believers will be reigning with Him over the nations.
You are now reigning over some nation?????

Snooze you lose?

It's more like...

Confuse and you lose!
False teaching is designed to confuse growing believers.

So if you confuse? You LOSE!

Mr. Half Eyes closed?

It does not say that he LOVES the world.
It says, He loved (past tense) the world.

For He loved everyone He created before the foundations of the earth.
He loved it so much?
He wants it back!

He died for each and every soul that He loved in creating them.
Part of that creation of a soul?
Involves individual volition.

Created in His image?
Created with each of us having our own domain of sovereignty.

That sovereignty he gave us even He will not touch.
That is why He allows those who so choose, to go to Hell.

God does not want to be alone.
Calvinism has man being used as a robot according to God's will.

You will like Heaven. But?
You will not reign with Him if you continue tip toeing through the TULIP.

Amen to that.
He wants "them" back as well. The lost sons. All of them.

But the Calvinites disagree.
Rather they say that God despises these "reprobates" that He intentionally created evil,
and CHOOSES to send them to the lake of fire bereft of any hope of a free will repentance.

Same goes for lost Israel. The Calvinites say that they are kicked to the curb FOR GOOD.

All the while the Calvinites mince and prate in ghoulish glee anticipating their doom.
Much like Satan.

That is why you will not find Gods love saving anyone. We are saved through His Justice/righteousness. His Love sent us His plan For our salvation, but it is only through His Justice that He saves.

Impersonal, unconditional love. God loves each and every person based upon His character and nature. Not based upon anything we do or don't do. His Philo love for us is BASED upon something.......CHRIST in us.

The Lord Jesus Christ satisfied Gods Justice. And we are Justified the moment we believe in Christ for our salvation. His love for us can't save us. His JUSTICE can....through Christ.

It could be comical....

For they way they see it in their limited perspective?

Calvinists have God rigging the election!

He wants it back!
Really? That much? Well, then, why is God going to destroy it? If what you say is true, either God can't save what He loves
or destroy what He hates. Please clarify, which it is?

[Jhn 3:16 KJV]
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

[1Jo 2:15 KJV]
15 Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

[2Pe 3:10 KJV]
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

That is not why.
He is going to destroy only SOME.
