nah it just got quiet.

no one said you had to leave, but when one says "we should agree to disagree" then normally that means "I don't feel like listening anymore" so I don't see the point in conversing with someone who makes that statement.

at the start of the conversation, everyone present states their case and there is an underlying agreement that we will not all agree on all points, so why engage in a conversation at all if you do not actually discuss the points put forth?

PS. No scripture talks of Jesus coming back from heaven to Earth. Not a single verse.

Well they asked what we were doing in "their thread" Actually I think it is called hypocracy. Been alot of that going on here lately :(

You all told blue lagoon that. she had not even been in there that long! Then you told me that. Whats wrong you afraid to admit being a hypocrite? It is just like I said in there. If we opened a thread you would be in that thread and this proves it.

I don't want to discuss?? Your the one who has not answered questions. I love to discuss. But one way conversations never work now do they?

Points you have not addressed:

1. who is the strong man bound in Mark 3 and Matthew 12?

2. Why don't JESUS and His disciples mention the 1000 year Earthly reign?

3, Why does the Bible says 1000 years is like a day?

4. When does TODAY stop being TODAY?

5. Why do people think that binding Satan will bind all his minions as well?

6. WHy when the BIBLE says ALL of Israel returned to the second Temple do some people want to claim only the "Jews" did?

7. WHy do some people have double standards and demand their questions to be answered but do not answer others and when their questions ARE answered they pout and say its not good enough or convincing enough for them?

oh Red I posted on your other thread like this one pointing out the logical inconsistancies in the article. in the OP but that thread seems to have been deleted... hmmm interesting...

The reason people suggested that they leave the amil thread is cuz they were NOT contributing to the discussion. They were just taking a pop at people.

We amillers are in here asking valid questions on the topic.

Like.....will there be sin in the millenial kingdom?

If yes....then satan can be bound and there can be sin going on.

So what was the reason satan cant be bound now?

Questions not answered!

You should not have even tried Ananda, When they returned form the babylonian captivity. a few things are missing for Ezekials prophesy to be true.

1. Not all Israel returned. Only the jews
2. Israel had not repented. They did not live in peace. They were ruled for foriegners, even when they were in their land. Even up till the time of Christ.
3. Ezekial said ALL ISREAL will be returned.
4. Ezekial said ALL ISrael will repent. (did not happen, has not happened yet.
5. God never put his spirit in the JEWS wher returned.

PROPHESIES CONCERNED JACOB AND ISREAl. WHO WERE PUNISHED FOR THEIR UNBELIEF AND SENT TO THE GENTILES AS A PUNISHMENT. (This was completely fulfilled and AD 70) THEY ALL SAY GOD WILL RESTORE THEM AFTER THEY REPENT.

Paul said in romans that jew and gentile are one under Christ. all except for romans 11. when he said gentile was grafted in, and jew was cut off. But he said when the time of the gentile was finished. jew would be grafted back in.

The time of the gentile will come to and end. And at this time (and NOT UNTIL THEN) will ALL ISREAL BE SAVED. As was said in the OT. they will returned to their land, and again made a light to the world as representatives of Christ. It is all in the passages I posted. Your failure to see this does not make it not true.

So tell me. Why would God say he would destroy a gentile nation for not serving Israel?

I am surer there are more, but this should keep you busy

BlueLagoon can you explain What peter is talking about here?? Where did the 1000 year kingdom go? Seems Jesus forgot about it and
all the Apostles and prophets forgot to mention it at all. Why do you spose that happened?

there is nothing here that would do away with the 1000 year kingdom. why do you think there is?

Paul is talking about how WE ALL should be looking forward to eternity. If our eternity is not secure. nothing else matters. God is not slack concerning his promise of his return. he is willing that none should parish. it is words of comfort to those who think the resurrection had already taken place.

I don't see your point.

wow u dont see it? ok..doesnt seem possible for me to not see that Peter is saying that presently to the
reader that they are looking next to the eternal state, Its just plain to me that if a 1000 yr earthly
kingdom was next, then this would be more than misleading. It would be an outright false statement.
3 or 4 times it says next stop is eternity.

We DO look forward to the final new heaven and earth. Nobody "forgot" anything. The millennial kingdom is not mentioned here. That does not mean it will not happen.
