And I agree with that point. The problem is you do not believe God is able to keep us from sinning.
I believe that God can sometimes keep us from sinning...but I also think that God wants us to make our own choices.

He does, and He wants us to choose not to sin, and by His indwelling Spirit, and the awakening of our spirit within us we are able to make such a choice.

When we look at as can I go the rest of my life without sin we would say no way (although scripture tells us otherwise) but if we take one temptation at a time and say, can i say no this time, we would say yes. So if we take one temptation at a time and continue to say no to sin, then we will live the rest of our lives without sinning. IT IS POSSIBLE.

Matthew 19:26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

From post #805

Are you saying this conversation didn't happen?
Sinless and perfect is not the same thing. Sinless means that we do not sin. Perfect means you are incapable if mistakes. I believe we can live sinlessly, but we have not endured until the end until we are dead or Jesus returns.

Ok we're finally getting to the meat of the issue.

Mistakes meaning accidental sins?

Right?

I have an ex-biker ex-atheist ex-persecutor of Christians brother-in-Christ that died of Cholera in his unbelief, evil, and sin. Byron Melvin's spirit separted from his body and he was transported before Christ (whose countenance was veiled to prevent judgement) and granted a short tour of part of hell before being brought back to life in the emergency room. He is a Christian evangelist today who has worked extensively in prison ministry reaching lost men and women.

If you have an interest in hearing him tell what happened to him, Google 'youtube A Land Unknown: Hell's Dominion'.

Yes. We are able to live without making them, yet if we do we can be forgiven. 1st John 2:1
If we lived without making even accidental sins that would make us PERFECT would it not?

Since sin dwells in the flesh, we will never be fully perfected until the
resurrection; however, we can be perfect-minded, and, only by the
indwelling of the Holy Ghost, we can live and not sin. But be warned,
for those who have been truly sanctified by the Holy Ghost, if they
should fall away, can never again renew themselves in Christ: they
have become reprobate and without hope.

We are not called to JUDGE another's salvation.

we can judge their words, we can condemn their actions as long as we do not do it as hypocrites and do not commit the same crimes they are doing.

I can understand speaking from emotions and from speaking from offense but it is still a SIN.

One I have to lay before God's throne and ask for help and guidance with.

We are to TAME our tongues. We are to SEE the LIGHT not the darkness in others and BLESS and not curse.

we chose who we speak with.

If we see DARKNESS in another, we should NOT speak until we also see the LIGHT in them.

We do not speak to the DARKNESS but the LIGHT in them. the LOVE of GOD. the HEART that hears that feels that LOVES no matter what.

For we know if there is darkness, there will be name calling, back bitting, unspoken hurt and pain that still is not healed.

we may not understand what is going on.

I ask that we as brethren take the time to PRAY before adding logs to the fire that tries and consume another.

Pray before accusing one of having impure motives.

Pray before declaring another unsaved, demonically influenced, a wolf, a deciever, a dog, etc.

PRAY!

How does your accusations help your hearer? Does it fix the problem you see? Does it DISPEL and CAST off the Darkness around them?

NO! THe ONLY thing that can is GOD!

Therefore PRAY!

If you are righteous and your heart is pure, PRAY for them and God will deliver them.

Speaking of the darkness does nothing but feeds their fear, anger, or causes a fleshly response.

Praying sets into action a heavenly chain of events that if you have patience will reveal to you the glory of God.

Therefore, PRAY!

Bless do not Curse!

Pray do not condemn
