I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen the latest vid put out by Mz Owens. In this video she states that Tyler Robinson is innocent and everything is a big coverup.

I came across the gem by accident; I do not follow this person. But I am wondering if anyone else has come across this?

Yes, we are aware of what she is saying. She has become an extremely controversial figure, probably second only to Alex Jones. I want to see proof and I highly doubt we will. I would be very careful of accepting the unsupported theories they push out because it is how they muddy the water.

Instead I am working with the theory that one of the main goals of the assassination was to seize control of Turning Point and that would be because they want it to change direction from what it was doing with Charlie at the helm. So I am watching to see how it turns, and who benefits.

Yes, you will have a few observable facts, from that you may think this crime was a robbery, or a crime of passion, that it was someone who knew the victim, or random. This is all conjecture and you will need even more facts to confirm or debunk them. For example, it is well known that in many crimes the cops will start with the assumption that the suspect is a close personal friend of the victim, they do this because statistically 80% of this kind of crime is from a close personal friend of the victim. So it makes sense, but is not based on any evidence.

You cannot prosecute based on conjecture, but you can question, and follow leads.

Every detective, every investigator is always thinking, making educated guesses based on the evidence they have until they can put the whole thing together.

And how about you, are you a criminal investigator, or a detective?

Someone started a thread about Owens committing to conjecture when claiming the guy arrested as a suspect in Charlie Kirk's assassination isn't actually guilty.

He's in court. And there's a pile of evidence.

My post showed her conjecture by law isn't evidence.

Agree 100%. Conjecture is all they have on James Comey at the moment. They got an indictment, now they're on a hunt for evidence against him. That's completely backward from how things are supposed to be done.
