Hey everyone.
this is a post to say Happy feast of tabernacles!
as well as, Happy Birthday Lord. and thanks for coming to this crazy planet to reveal your salvation to your people.
And the Lord came and tabernacled among us. John 1:14
i used to buy Him a big chocolate birthday cake on Sukkot, and then proceed to eat it all in three days. and one year after i had just finished the biggest piece of cake the world has ever eaten, I heard God say to me "next year? why don't we just celebrate with candles"
so i'm going to light one tomorrow probably. but the first night of sukkot starts this evening of the 12th.
here's a link with the actually story of how to trace when Jesus was really born. it has to do with Zechariah, John the Baptist's father. because He was a priest in the temple. and the priests all had a 2 week "shift" so to speak. so it is traceable when Elizabeth was pregnant. and when elizabeth was in her 6th month and the baby left in her womb and Mary (Miriam)'s voice. and then Mary was impregnated. likely on the last night of hanukkah. and the timespan between the last day of hanukkah and the first day of taberncacles is exactly 280 days. doctors will even tell you that the human gestation period is not 9 months, but 280 days.
i guess youtube tells it better than an article sometimes. i'd be more likely to watch a video than read an article. so. enjoy. and however you celebrate, be blessed.
