I fear that you are incapable of using scripture.

Or you would.

Is not posting YOUR OPINION a waste of time?

Now THAT is a waste of time !

Some day you'll learn how.

I really believe you do not know how.
It's not an easy task.
Are you that dumb?

If you are?
Feel free to believe that.

If your eye offends you?
You will pluck it out? Matthew 18:9

Will you?

Again.... you keep failing to learn what words mean, and what it means to fall away.

If I drop out of school?
Do I cease to be a citizen?
Makes no sense.

Falling away is not about losing salvation.
But, about losing the source to one's blessings in our salvation.
Post the scripture.

You agree with the Catholics ,Mormons and Muslims?

You see @Toknow there is no "maybe" in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Your "maybe" is what is holding you back.

Our HOPE is a certainty, a done deal, eternal life, no condemnation and NEVER perish.....Your hope is a "maybe."......Just like all other human beings. Our new creation in Christ is a certainty .
Catholics and Mormons believe that we are to obey God.

You seem to want to prove that we do not need to.

OR
You wouldn't be debating me since that is all I'm saying.

Who should I invoke Mem?

I listen and hear what jesus teaches.
i see that Paul agrees with him since he was taught by Him.
Ditto for all the writers.

I've posted scripture...
if you don't accept scripture...that is your choice.

We can fall away.
We must endure to the end.
We can believe and stop believing.

Why don't you post some scripture that states that it's impossible to lose our salvation?

Did you see post 9412?

No reply?

I had hoped for better from you.
You obviously get some sort of sick rise in condescendence. Are you really that insecure?

Yes.
Condescendance is fun.

YOU are doing it right now.

Are you having fun?

THIS is what I stated:

Can't reply?
Yes...
I had oped better from you.

Then all Catholics and Mormons are saved correct?

Most are masters at being moral and good.

Just answering in kind. Your doctrine is perpetual insecurity, so I do see where it comes from.
It's not my doctrine Mem.

I posted scripture.
YOU did not.
Neither do the other members who do nothing but insult.

I post what Jesus states....with no paragraphs of explanation,,,
one can either accept what Jesus taught or not.

Luke 8:13 he believed for a while.

Luke 15:24 the son was made alive AGAIN.

John 15:2 those that do not bear fruit will be cut off.

Make of it what you will.

Am shutting down.
Jeremiah 17:7 seems to be referring to the seed in Matthew 13:7/22...
choked by worldly cares and worries.

Wow, that's weird....
You can make that connection?

Jeremiah 17:7
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.
With this?
Matthew 13:7ff
Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. Whoever has ears, let them hear.”

Sorry...
Too much unraveling is needed to find out if it was worth unravelling it in the first place.

Unless you can show us how they connect...

I refuse to be participant in any more of your public displays of self-gratification.

And @Mem thinks I'M condescending!
Guess he hasn't been around long enough.

You'll have to do your own unravelling.

And it is not a loss of salvation. It is a loss/cut off of fellowship.

This is easy peasy. The son is always a son, the dad is always a dad........But to have fellowship with daddy? 1 John 1:9

And study what the son had prepared for his dad. The son didn't get to wallow in His excuses and express his sorrow.....The Dad cut him off and brought him back.....1 John 1:9 name it and site and you are back in fellowship with Dad.

As usual....
no scripture to back up your odd idea that Jesus meant fellowship when He said we would be CUT OFF FROM THE VINE.

Sounds rather serious to me.

And what will happen to the branch that has been cut off?

John 15:6
6 "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned.

Jesus said the above.
sounds very serious to me.

This is what the loss of salvation folks do. Gods discipline and correction won't work. He has to toss believers in the Lake of fire. There is no other way. .......Make light of His discipline.

And have you(@Toknow ) completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says, “My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,
