I saw the video of it getting hit by what looked to be a surface-to-air missile. The F-35 was clearly visible to what I assume was a drone filming it, and I assume was providing targeting data to a ground launcher.
They are enemies of the USA and Israel, so what they are doing is just saying anything that would cause you a problem.
