Yes, Judgment is based on what God says/wills, and He wills everyone to accept the Gospel (Rom. 1:16-17, 1Tim. 2:3-4) and interpret the OC in light of the NT revelation (Heb. 7:11-10:1).
In John 12:48, the word that judges is what Jesus taught regarding GRFS in the rest of John:
John 3:1-15. Jesus told a Pharisee named Nicodemus that he must be born again to see the kingdom of God, which Nick took to mean being reborn physically, but Jesus guided him to understand spiritually by saying that a person must not only be born of water (amniotic fluid) but also of the Spirit. Procreation yields a physical person, but the Spirit creates a spiritual child of God.
When Nick asked how spiritual rebirth is possible, Jesus replied that he, the Son of Man (Messiah), testifies to what he has seen in heaven, and then he shared that rebirth occurs when a person believes in him as God’s Savior whose death atones for humanity’s sins (cf. Num. 21:9, Isa. 53:3-12, 61:1-8).
John 3:14-21. Jesus said that the reason God sent His only Son/the Son of Man/Messiah to be crucified/lifted up was because He loved everyone in the world and wanted to to provide salvation/eternal life in heaven to everyone/whoever believes in him. Thus, everyone who believes in him as Messiah/God the Son shall not die permanently but be resurrected to heaven.
However, everyone who rejects God’s provision/grace/Son is self-condemned, because they chose to love darkness/evil rather than God’s Light/Truth/Word. Evildoers hate divine light, because it exposes their evil deeds that they love, but those who love the Lord desire for His love to be reflected by what they do.
John 5:16-30. The Jews persecuted Jesus because he disobeyed Sabbath Law by healing the crippled man. Jesus said His heavenly Father works every day and so he is also working, which made the Jews want to kill him for making himself deity by calling God his Father. These two offenses are combined when Jesus said the Son of Man (himself) is Lord of the Sabbath (Matt. 12:8, Mark 2:28, Luke 6:5). Saying the Father works every day contradicted the Sabbath Law (Exo. 20:8-11), which was based on the statement (in Gen. 2:2-3) that God rested on the seventh day after completing His creation.
Jesus continued by saying that whoever hears and believes the Son’s message and God crosses from death and condemnation to eternal life (again echoing John 3:16), because the Father is the source/giver of life (Gen. 2:7, Acts 17:25) and grants the Son life-giving power and authority to judge because he is the Son of Man (John 5:22, 8:15-16, Acts 10:42, cf. Heb. 9:27-28).
John 6:28-64. The people asked Jesus, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus replied, “The work of God is to believe in the one he has sent.”
And so forth...
Jam. 2:10 is in the same vein as Rom. 3:23: All are sinners. Disobeying the Sabbath law is not in the list of moral sins that are cited.

So why do you believe one of the allegations that the Pharisees made against Jesus and not the other? Is Jesus not God either in your view, because that was the second allegation. Why do you believe Jesus broke the Sabbath over His own words?
You never addressed one Scripture where God tells us how He will judge us. You instead tried to make a case against Jesus that because He "broke" the sabbath we can too.. The thing is it was never a sin to help someone in need on the Sabbath, this is a teaching that comes straight from the devil and its sad so many people think this way instead of believing Jesus at His word.

Jesus was accused of breaking the Sabbath and being equal to God. Notice how Jesus said what He was being accused of is sin. We do not get to define sin- God does. And no one is saved in their sins Heb10:26-30
The NT never deleted the Old Testament. Without understanding the OT no one will be able to understand the NT because its was Scripture used by doctrine by Jesus and the apostles. A good portion of the NT is quoting OT and Scripture explains Scripture so we don't have to add our own ideas into God's Word.
If you think doing what God deems as doing evil Neh13:17 Isa56:2 and profaning God Eze22:26 is the way back to reconciliation I guess we can find out soon enough, I would hate to be wrong Rev22:11

My post from my op on the White SDA doctrine. As I state you can still buy the book written by Kellogg who was obviously a sadist so no problem backing up what it is said he did. He did it and he wrote about it and White, not quite in her right mind, backed him up all the way. White also suffered from brain damage which is always covered up.
As for the adults in the room who believe Ellen White had her head screwed on right, how do you pretend it was ok for Dr Kellogg to pour acid on little girls privates so they would not touch themself? Every word we say against another we will be accountable before God. How we judge one another is the same measure God will Judge us. Another accusation you can't actually support.

It's very heretical to dismiss any NT Scriptures of Christ, in order to limit His churches to OT law of Moses.
The old covenant law was given by Christ to natural Israel in Exodus, and ended with His crucifixion in the gospels. Jesus Christ the man born of a Jewish virgin was under the law of Moses, beginning with circumcision on the 8th day, and continuing with the law of Sabbath until His death on a cross.
The NT Scriptures now give the law and doctrine of Christ for His churches on earth. The risen Christ's dismissal of judging a special sabbath holyday observed as by law, is in Col 2.
No apostle of Jesus Christ ever commands a sabbath holyday. Nor do they ever write of any Sabbath among the commandments of the Lord, that He gave to His apostles for His NT churches to faithfully keep.

9 of the old 10 commandments of the law of Moses, are given again for NT churches to obey. The old 4th is not spoken of as a NT commandment of the Lord.
