I agree. You can have the Law, or you can have the Gospel. You cannot have both. Nor would anyone want both, who understands the Gospel.
Much love!
So the gospel allows us to worship other gods, vain His holy name and steal from our neighbors and disobeys God Mat5:19-30 John3:36? Our salvation (the good news) is
from sin. Mat 1:21 no one is saved in their sins Heb10:26-30
The law of God is part of the gospel message because it shows we are only worshipping Him! Jesus related our worship to obedience to the commandments of God Mat15:3-14 why its part of the everlasting gospel. Why we are being called out of these false teachings that deceived our first parents that we can disobey God and live, the opposite of what God said.
Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven,
having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth— to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people—
“saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come;
and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.” (which echo's the 4th commandment Exo20:11)
And another angel followed, saying, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.”
Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand
he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb
And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”
Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus” — Revelation 14:6–12 (NKJV)
Keeping the commandments of God and faith of Jesus is the everlasting gospel because it shows that Jesus has transformed us from the inside out, no longer a slave to sin and the devil but now we serve the LORD Isa56:6 who sets us free from sin and death. This is the everlasting gospel.
Sadly teaching the gospel message where there is no repentance from sin Mat4:17 which is breaking the law of God 1John3:4 James2:11-12 doesn't free us from sin, it holds us hostage Rom6:16 and puts us in a bad spot once Jesus returns 1John2:4 Mat7:21-23
