Literally anyone can take any verses out of context and misinterpret it whether it’s from the NASB or the KJV. If you don’t have an understanding of God’s word then that may happen regardless of what translation is used.
Yes, I agree. Immediate context, looking at the whole book, comparing Scripture with Scripture, prayer, and then lots more prayer.
I also look to the older lexicons in the original languages to build a bridge between them and the KJV, where they both breath in harmony together. This is not always easy to do but it is faith building and truly powerful. At least for me, anyways. I know other believers do have a different path or other talents in the body of Christ.

While anything is possible with God, I don’t think most or all KJV English-only believers who are against looking to the original languages would be guided to know about
You should stick to the first part, nothing is impossible with God. He teaches us what we should know, or don't you believe that?

(not really interested in being deflected to your website)

Much love!

Are you Charismatic?
I say this because the Charismatics can say the same thing to you.
The idea of some so-called Christians is that they criticize conservative Bible believers by saying to them, “You are too Bible-minded.”
However, in the Modern Bible Movement who attack the TR/KJV, it's more about a “Pick and Choose Your Own Adventure” Bible type approach.

So would you test fly in a plane based on conflicting schematics?
Then why do so with a book that deals with your very soul?
This is one of the many reasons why I see the Modern Bible Movement as absolutely silly.
You don’t have a standard for what God precisely said.
What reading may be in the Bible for you, is out by another believer who believes the same way.
It’s madness and confusion.

Could you say this another way? I don't get what you are saying here.

I think you are misunderstanding what I've said. But study resources, however useful, do not replace the teaching from the Holy Spirit.

And did you pick up that I read and study from the KJV almost exclusively?

Much love!

Well, good thing I am not KJV-only.
The KJV is the word of God in English and is error free. The KJV is my standard in English, but I also believe it is complemented by the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek that conveys additional. layers of meaning that English alone cannot convey.

Also, I am not denying there are some KJV believers that can have a bad attitude or strange beliefs like Ruckman, Riplinger, and Anderson. That does not mean there are no bad actors in the Modern Bible Movement, though.

....
Put your effort in walking in the Spirit, fellowship in the Spirit.....and quit Quenching and grieving the Spirit with KJV........and you would be a great advocate for THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. Not the KJV

THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Once KJV always KJV.

The Lord Jesus Christ doesn't stand a chance against it.

While not all believers are aware of what goes on in the Modern Bible Movement, in my experience, those who get into the textual issues and spew false information against the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible often express one or both of the following beliefs:

#1. Multiple English Bibles with Conflicting Readings

Many Modern Bible advocates like the idea of having multiple English translations that say different things. They will often claim that the Holy Spirit guides them in determining which reading is correct or what God is saying in a particular passage.

However, how does this work when another Modern Bible believer chooses a different translation with a different reading and claims that the Holy Spirit guided them to a different conclusion? If both believers appeal to the same Spirit while arriving at contradictory readings, what objective standard remains to determine which reading is actually the Word of God?

One believer may prefer an older edition of the NIV, while another prefers a newer edition containing substantial textual changes. Both are considered acceptable options. Yet if the readings conflict with one another, both cannot simultaneously represent the exact same words of God.

#2. A Continuously Changing Greek Text

Many Modern Bible advocates also embrace the idea of a continually evolving Greek text that remains open to future revision, correction, and alteration with no clear end in sight. Under this approach, a passage that one believer considers Scripture today may be questioned, bracketed, altered, or even removed tomorrow.

For example, one believer may accept the longer ending of Mark as authentic Scripture, while another may reject it as a later addition. One believer may regard a passage as part of the inspired text, while another may treat it as doubtful. Yet both positions are commonly viewed as acceptable choices within the movement.

The Airplane Analogy: Why Conflicting Readings Matter

This is why I often use the airplane analogy. Imagine engineers attempting to build an airplane from multiple conflicting schematics. One blueprint says to install a particular component, while another says to remove it. One version says a section belongs there, while another says it does not. No reasonable person would trust such conflicting plans when constructing an aircraft. Before anyone would fly in that plane, the contradictions would have to be resolved and a single standard established.

Yet when it comes to Scripture, many Modern Bible advocates seem comfortable with a system built upon conflicting and contradictory readings. In practice, the Bible is treated differently than the airplane. While no one would trust an aircraft built from competing blueprints, many are willing to accept a Bible built upon competing readings, competing translations, and a text that remains open to continual revision.

The Irony of "Bible Idolatry"

Another irony is that many within the Modern Bible Movement will accuse those who hold to a single Bible as their final authority of committing idolatry. If a Christian believes that God has preserved His words in a specific Bible and treats that Bible as his final authority, he is often labeled as someone who is "worshiping a translation" or committing "Bible idolatry." (When that is not what is going on at all).

KJV is heretical for telling you that you can lose the LORD JESUS CHRIST.......Oh, that's right.......KJV never mentions it.
Right, lets not address the point I made about how Modern Bibles tell you to marry your rapist and dodge to another issue.

Anyway, Here is a General List of Verses on How Believers Can Fall Away:

1 Samuel 16:14
1 Samuel 31:4
Ezekiel 18:24
Hebrews 3:12-14
Hebrews 4:11
Hebrews 6:4-9
Hebrews 10:26-30
Hebrews 12:15
1 Timothy 1:18-20
1 Timothy 4:1-7
Galatians 3:1-5
2 Peter 2:20-22
2 Peter 3:17
Matthew 13:18-23
1 Corinthians 10:12
2 Thessalonians 2:3

Now, do not misunderstand me, believers cannot lose their salvation (like they would a pair of car keys), but they can forfeit their salvation (i.e. they can willingly throw it away by rebelling against God). In fact,

Here is a list of believers who have forfeited their salvation:

Saul (1 Samuel 16:14) (1 Samuel 31:4)
Demas (2 Timothy 4:10)
The Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32)
Judas Iscariot (Psalm 41:9) (Luke 6:16) (Acts 1:25)
Hymenaeus and Philetus (2 Timothy 2:17-18)
Unnamed Christians destroyed by false teaching (2 Timothy 2:17-18)
Many Unnamed Disciples (John 6:66)
Some Younger Christian Widows (1 Timothy 5:14-15)
Some Christians Eager For Money (1 Timothy 6:8-10)
Ananias and Sapphira (Acts of the Apostles 5:1-11)

And here is a list of potential fallen believers:

The Servant Who is Not Looking For Him (Luke 12:45-46)
Recent Convert Who is a Potential Spiritual Leader (1 Timothy 3:6)
The Unforgiving in Heart (Matthew 6:14-15)
Luke Warm Unrepentant Believer (Revelation 3:14-22)
Fruitless Christians (John 15:1-10) (Matthew 25:14-30)
Widows That Live in Pleasure (1 Timothy 5:5-6)
Believers Whose Seed Fell Upon the Rocks (Luke 8:13)
Believers Whose Seed Was Choked by Thorns (Matthew 13:22)
Gentile Believer Who Did Not Have on a Wedding Garment (Matthew 22:1-14) (Revelation 19:7-8)
The Potential Fellow Believer Who Erred From the Truth & Was Converted Back (James 5:19-20)

In fact, Paul is against Eternal Security or a sin and still be saved type belief. For Paul says,

We can fall from grace (Galatians 5:4).

We can be moved away from the hope (Colossians 1:23).

We can be a castaway (1 Corinthians 9:27).

We can be cut off just like the Jews if we do not continue in God’s goodness (Romans 11:20-22).

We can sow to the flesh and reap corruption instead of sowing to the Spirit which reaps everlasting life. (Galatians 6:8).

We can deny God by a lack of good works (Titus 1:16).

We can shipwreck our faith (1 Timothy 1:19).

We can deny the faith and be worse than an infidel if we do not provide for our own household (1 Timothy 5:8).

We can err from the faith and pierce ourselves thru with many sorrows if we love and covet after money (1 Timothy 6:10).

Hymnenaeus and Philetus have overthrown the faith of some (2 Timothy 2:18).

These things would not exist in Scripture if things are as OSAS folk say.

There is even a truck load more of these kinds of things in the Bible.
How on Earth did you miss all this in the Bible?
Or do you twist the plain meaning of these above verses because you don't like what they say?

By using software like esword, one can make use of bible dictionaries like Strong's and Thayer's to investigate the meaning of Greek words. One does not need to master these languages in order to use tools that give language insights.

The software also allows a quick comparison between versions as well. I find some use ib comparing the KJV to YLT.
We should be aware of potential mistranslations and certain references. Also, names of persons and places in the original languages have significant meanings, for example, John means 'grace", Noah means "rest", Bethlehem "house of bread", such require careful research.

Put your effort in walking in the Spirit, fellowship in the Spirit.....and quit Quenching and grieving the Spirit with KJV........and you would be a great advocate for THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. Not the KJV

THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.
First off, it is a dangerous thing to speak on behalf of the Spirit when you could be mistaken and going against God.
Second, are you saying that Christians who believed in the KJV before Westcott and Hort and their pet unitarian on their translation team were not right with God? Because if you took a time machine, and went back, you would be the odd man out for hold to some liberal off the wall Bible.

....

Once KJV always KJV.

The Lord Jesus Christ doesn't stand a chance against it.
This is not exactly true. There have been a few (not many) who were KJV-only at one time and later believed it contained errors and started to defend the Modern Bible Movement. Granted, I don't think they truly had any kind of deep spiritual understanding by God when they knew such things. Meaning, there is a difference between gaining knowledge according to the flesh vs. gaining knowledge with the help of God.

.....

I think you are misunderstanding what I've said. But study resources, however useful, do not replace the teaching from the Holy Spirit.
Nowhere did I state I was against that idea at all.
In fact, I have believed for many years that we need to pray and ask God to illuminate our understanding by the Spirit and to live according to His good ways more and more each day. God speaks to us when we seek truth and walk in it.

And did you pick up that I read and study from the KJV almost exclusively?

Much love!
Hard to tell nowadays. Critical Text advocates are notorious for saying they love the KJV in one sentence and then turning around and attacking it in the next. Granted, I am not saying you are a Critical Text Advocate. You could be Majority Text, or KJV Preferred, etc. I don't know. All I do know is if there is even remote hostility towards my stand for the TR/KJV, I am going to defend it because I believe it is God's word for today.

....

King James Bible
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

It's talking in context to faithful sheep that follow Jesus and not sinful or lazy sheep.

"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:" (John 10:27).

If you are a sheep you will never perish. If you are not a sheep..........You can perish.

What are you?
I will let the Lord judge my life.

But you should at the very least know what type of sheep true believers are to be like:

"When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal." (Matthew 25:31-46).

There are wolves in sheep's clothing.

We can know a true sheep or a good tree by their fruits (See: Matthew 7:15-20).

On my website, www.affectionsabove.com, I have three PDFs (along with two videos on Nick’s channel). Two of my PDFs cover the doctrinal problems in Modern Bibles. The third PDF is more about defending the use of the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek that underlie the King James Bible (Which helps my fellow “KJV-English-alone” brethren to see its immense importance to understanding certain places in Scripture. I use the older lexicons before German Rationalism in the 1700s, and I strive to let them and history speak on my behalf on the deep and rich meaning of the original languages. I believe the KJV is without error, but the original languages convey a deeper, additional complimentary layer of meaning for certain words.

Side Note:

I do need to update some points and some articles in my 77 Changed Doctrines PDF to better align with the original languages. So please keep that in mind.

May God bless you.

….
Thanks! Very well organized and detailed. Blessings to you as well.

If I baptize .the wording used would be like this.
I baptize you(or their name) with By The Holy Spirit in The Name of Jesus Glorified ,of The Father
Water remission of sin is to point to Holy Spirit baptism let's use Paul book acts

Perfect by The holy Spirit shown to paul
Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
Yeah I don't hear see people in Christian religions using Hands of The Holy Spirit .maybe a few behind the scenes
this i seen but holding to a religion worried me.
Now I'm back to the baptisms I'm seeing the second baptism as they are lifted back up to their feet from the water
Then the laying of hands as Paul shown to receive The second Baptism of the holly Spirit .
I will admit I never saw anyone fall back fown in The water after the second baptism .and not all get second baptism rt away . I also know Holy Spirit hands baptizes without the water But I also know He will still lead one to the water .
If said second Baptism it's really not but I have no word to achieve that
